Alright, Marqus thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Risk taking is something we’re really interested in and we’d love to hear the story of a risk you’ve taken.

The biggest risk was taking my life savings and investing in myself for the betterment of my family’s future and mine!

I’ve always had a passion for the store and restaurant industry. For as long as I’ve known, my passion for cooking and entertaining people has been important to me. My motto is if it don’t look good to you, then it don’t look good to the customers! We will always provide the best service and quality to our customers period.

How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?

The story behind funding, literally was my life savings! Just rolled the dice and took a chance on myself!

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?

I had to pivot from Memphis Fire to pursue my dreams.
