We recently connected with Maximillion Rogers and have shared our conversation below.

Maximillion , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What’s been the most meaningful project you’ve worked on?

Right Now I’m working on my most impactful project to date.

I spent last Christmas with my family watching the entire series “The Best Man” directed by Malcom Lee, which is a great movie & series by the way! I encourage everybody to watch that series when you get a chance.

The entire project made me realize how important family was though. Friendship’s, and understanding that no matter how far you go in life, a few good friend’s and a family that loves you unconditionally will always be the best gift you could have this world.

I spent these last few months reflecting on what legacy mean’s to me. What kinda of man I want to reflect in the upcoming years of my career, and my personal life.

Observing my friend’s successful romantic relationship’s or my coworker’s career’s, and the happiness they express to have both a great work life balance, & social circle in their 20’s

But the thing that matters most to me this year at 23, is that…I’m finally getting the chance to see my father face to face in person.

His wisdom & my musical influence is the conception of this next upcoming project

“Son Of Man”.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

I’ve been doing music since I was 9 years old. I began taking it serious at 22, and since then, artistry has been growing daily.

Im on tour right now with a upcoming band out of Dallas Texas “Blue Moon Light” and the focus this year is to be a safe space for people who want to enjoy live entertainment, dance, or listen to something impactful. With their families, friend’s or our families & friends.

Everything I do has to have soul in it. I feel like I’ve always been a heartfelt person, so being able to take these records off this next project or records like “Pray” from (Therapeutic) or “2 Liters” from (Days In Dallas) and perform them for crowds that becomes super engaged each time we perform the record… the feeling is indescribable

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

He that has a friend, must show himself friendly.

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?

It’s about legacy. Everything I’m doing now to me is about getting a comfortable position in my career & personal life.

After that’s accomplished, I see the help lives of friends and family. I see their struggles and their successes days in and days out, so it’s only right I help them reach their destinations.

They were there for me, so I’ll be there for them.
