Alright, Tierra thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.

As a kid I always knew that I wanted to have multiple businesses and Dream By Her was just the one to start with! I laugh sometimes at how during childhood play dates with my cousins and friends I would always play as if I was an owner of a boutique and salon. I am so happy to finally be doing the things I truly enjoy and to be able to have a business out of something I love! My soul mission is to empower women by boosting their confidence by providing the necessary services, tools ,and products that helps achieve their desired goal(s). I aspire to be a positive influence to those who connect with myself and my business. My own self love journey is what inspires me within my business.

Running my own business is so empowering and truly a learning experience. This entrepreneurial journey has been so worth it and I am excited for what the future holds. I made a promise to myself to never quit and follow my passions and dreams by walking in my purpose and doing what I love daily! The best part of this journey is taking risk and seeing amazing results blossom. What I love about my business is that is not limited to just one thing! How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

Entrepreneurship definitely isn’t easy but what I’ve learned is that it’s crucial to remain consistent and disciplined in your day to day routines and marketing. It’s important to work hard for what you truly want and passionate about. Always remember what you put in and towards your business is what you get out of it.
