We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Dre & Sincere. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Dre & Sincere below.
Dre & Sincere, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What do you think it takes to be successful?
Sincere: To be successful, it takes confidence and a sound mind. You have to be able to articulate your wants and needs; when you are living in your purpose, it will not be easy to settle for less.
Dre: To succeed, you must be willing to wear multiple hats and be open to being a student. Our exposure and experiences are different, and we can all learn something from one another.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
For folks who may not have read about you before, can you please tell our readers about yourself, how you got into your industry/business/discipline/craft, etc :
Sincere: Being someone with multiple interests & goals, it is sometimes hard to decide where to start. I am a poet and a storyteller by nature. Ive been writing short stories since I was a kid and Ive always enjoyed cinema but mostly for the dialogue. I am a sucker for words and human interaction. The idea for the podcast came years after postgrad life and seemed like the perfect way to do what i loved and provide a service for creatives/business owners, a platform.
‘Dre: When we started at that time, we’d been close friends for about two years and spent a lot of time together. We would always joke and say we needed a tv show for the things we would do and the conversations we would have. one day, sincere and I decided on a podcast over a tv show, we came up with a list of names, and the ball kept rolling.
what type of products/services/creative works you provide :
Currently, we are connecting creatives/business owners to create a solid network of resources to work across the board and across Baltimore city and beyond. We are a platform for connection and conversation. Aight Soo’ Boom the podcast is a platform that surrounds and encourages conversation and deep thinking, laughter and transparency, healing and self love. We have begun hosting events to showcase different artist and their talents to the public.
What you think sets you apart from others. What are you most proud of, and what are the main things you want potential clients/followers/fans to know about you/your brand/your work/ etc.?
What sets us apart from others is we do everything from the heart; nothing we do is disingenuous. The definition of “Keeping the same energy”. Who we are on and off the mic never waivers. We enjoy listening to understand rather to respond. Our show does not involve ego or toxicity. Often times people are looking for those above pull them up when the people right next to them have that ability as well. We pride ourselves on creating a healthy and safe space for all of our guests and for those listening. The best compliment when when guest say they forgot the mics were even on because they had gotten soo comfortable.
We are always welcome to work with those who share our mission of community. You do not have to be a creative or a business owner to be a guest, you may very well just be somebody who has something to say. We are all ears.
We’d love to hear about you met your business partner.
The year was 2016, and a post-college, post-toxic breakup Sincere’ was trying to find her way into the “real world,” and Dre’ in a post-breakup era as well, found each other while getting to the bag, because if all else fails we must get this money to make our dreams come true. Horseshoe casino Baltimore would be the meeting ground of a new duo who unknowingly crossed paths years prior. It turns out we both attended the same High School, but because Sincere is two years ahead, we never encountered each other at the time. Fate has a way of working in our best interest. Over the last six years, we have built a bond like siblings, like soul ties, like my soulmate is my best friend. From stocking casino chips to editing bad audio, we have truly been having a time; through changing jobs, losing loved ones, and bad relationships, we have been each other’s rock in a hard place.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
Networking events, pop-up shops, and Art events. Baltimore has a large art scene; within this scene come many different occasions and opportunities to expand. Finding your target audience and those that align with your interest and passion helps you and the audience; common passion and interest are the seed that can grow into anything you may need.
