We recently connected with Keith Josiah and have shared our conversation below.

Keith, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. So, naming is such a challenge. How did you come up with the name of your brand?

“Second Kings” my last name is Josiah and in the Bible Josiah is introduced the book of 2nd Kings. But it also represents the new emerging of legends in the industry we wish to pursue

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

I’ve been painting since I was a kid but no one knew. It wasn’t until I was working a job as a bust boy that someone encouraged me to join an art show in New York City. Since then my art has been on an upward trajectory

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?

Do it now. My biggest regret was not getting into the NFT space sooner because I was unsure of myself. I’ve missed the gold rush all because I didn’t think I could do it.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

Art shows allowed me to speak to people face to face and they could feel my energy and hear my story directly from me
