Sta’ar, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Alright, so we’d love to hear about how you got your first client or customer. What’s the story?
I launched Sta’ars Treats in February 2021 for Valentine’s Day . Those were my first batch of paying customers . I was so excited for every order that I did . Everything happened so fast. I was completely booked 2 days after posting my flyer . That’s when I knew I had something special! My business has flourished and became something really amazing in such a short period of time .

Hello my name is Korlethia; commonly known as Sta’ar . I am the beauty, brains and skills behind Sta’ars Treats! We specialize is personalized Chocolate covered strawberry arrangements, custom cakes, traditional cake ,mouth watering pies ,and any other delicious desserts that you may need to make your event one to remember. I introduced Sta’ars Treats to the world in February 2021, however I’ve been learning and perfecting my craft for over 5 years . I took the skills that I learned in the kitchen from my grandmother and made them modern and marketable. It took 5 years for me to launch Sta’ars treats because I wanted to create a Customer-centric approach while also providing tasty treats that I could take pride in.
A passionate leader is the backbone of any thriving business. With that in mind I try to promote a strong vision and diversity threw out Sta’ars Treats at all times.
When a person envision Sta’ars Treats I want them to see a company that really care about its customers wants and needs . The thing that sets us apart from the others is we are willing to go above and beyond to satisfy our consumers and we guarantee amazing product!
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy to grow your business is to be consistent. Consistency is the key to success. No matter how you feel, no matter what you are going through you have to stay consistent in order to grow your business.
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
A fee best sources of new clientele for me are any major holidays, word of mouth and social media marketing. without those three things my business would not be as successful as it is today.
