Hi Cassie, thanks for joining us today. We’d love to hear about a time you helped a customer really get an amazing result through their work with you.

I had the privilege of creating a website and logo design for Tracey Escobar, The Red Couch Medium. When she announced that she had written her first book, she needed someone who could help give that book a voice. It was an exciting opportunity! We decided to work together and created a book launch package for her that expressed her and the essence of the book! What was so exciting and phenomenal about process is that after releasing her book launch, Tracey’s book reached Best Selling Status on Amazon! It was so exciting to see that the book launch worked in getting her book out to the public, helping it reach #1 and the copies continue to sell!

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

My name is Cassie and I have always been passion-driven about building impactful websites and developing graphic designs. I created Stargazers Unite to help Spiritual Business Owners follow their purpose.

Throughout my career, I found myself, like many people, in a toxic environment that no longer felt in alignment with my higher self and goals. I also found myself drawn to those embarking on their spiritual path, but realized quickly that many, although being gifted in their own areas, did not have the technical skills necessary to give their branding the voice it needs and deserves. That’s where I decided to take my natural technical skills, knowledge and expertise to help Spiritual Leaders become a strong presence through their branding, logos and websites.

I understand how important it is for Spiritual Business Owners to focus on the healing and connection with their client, which is why I love to do all of the back-end work needed to help you build a brand that you can be proud of and that expresses who you are to potential clients.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

For me, I was never comfortable in front of the camera. So, the idea of putting myself out on social media created great fear within myself. I had to learn to overcome the fear because I knew I needed to reach my potential clients with a voice and a message. I’ve been able to build my content by putting out valuable content that helps my viewers to become in alignment, helps to give them tips, and truly lets them know that I am here to help them. My advice to anyone building their social media platform is to always be authentic to who you are and your own voice. Also, to understand your brand and your branding colors because everything you do and produce is a message and vibrational essence of you as a brand will help you build your client base.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?

For me, the best source of new clients has been client referrals. Not only does this really make me feel good to know that I have made a client so satisfied that they want to share my services to their friends, colleagues, and peers. But to be referred a client is a nice validation that I have done a good job and that my clients have enough confidence in me to make the referral. It really does help with the new lead that builds a sense of trust before I meet the potential client. As always one of my passions is to really strive for customer satisfaction, so when a new client is referred to me, I know that has been accomplished.
