We recently connected with Scadarious Robinson and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Scadarious, thanks for joining us today. How do you feel about asking friends and family to support your business? What’s appropriate, what’s not? Where do you draw the line?
to me asking friends/family for support in your business is just a waste of time. if you really want support you can only get it from strangers, because strangers support more than family.
Scadarious, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
My name is Scadarious Robinson, I’m a 17 year old Chef and i’ve been in the kitchen since i was a young boy. To me being in the kitchen helps remove all my problems even if it’s just at that moment. I can say that being in a business is not all about the sales, you have to care about your customers and treat them as humans too. i connect with all my customers and all my potential customers and with doing that they all love me and constantly come back to purchase items from me. i’m most proud of how far i’ve came. In September of 2020 i was shot in my head twice. i couldn’t walk, talk, see, hear and i lost my memory. at that very moment i thought this career was over for me until i got better and got back in the kitchen doing better than before. that’ll always be my inspiration.
We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.
i keep in touch with clients through my facebook business page in that way i can connect with them in ways no other platform will allow.
We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
i really just started posting my food and random people started sharing and commenting. the more i talked to the people in the shares and comments the more people started to react and connect with me. that’s basically how i built my social media platform.
