Christophe, appreciate you joining us today. Have you ever had an amazing boss, mentor or leader leading you? Can you us a story or anecdote that helps illustrate why this person was such a great leader and the impact they had on you or their team?
Cass Lewis , bass player from Skunk Anansie. I was his bass tech. During a day off and i cross him on a street and he told me ” Hey bro let’s go for beer” At the end we hang on together for the whole afternoon and we had a good diner. Then my family join us for the last show in Austria , Cass played ping pong with my kids and my wife then he give a lot of gift to them.
What a boss and also i would like to say to say the whole band and the crew make feel really comfortable on tour.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers
I’m pedal nerd , after having worked in different factory as an electrician i took the decision to be my boss in the music business created a pedalboard brand was an evidence for me because since i started to play guitar i always build the pedalboard by myself.
I can help my customers to find the right routing and and also to eliminate some buzz. My main values are quality precision and find the best solutions for you. Each board is hand-made with quality materials, and we take special care in the realization and the finish treatment of each item. I build high quality pedalboards for 8 to 20 pedals embellished with many customization options that will make it THE ultimate piece of gear. If you have a weird idea, just let me know and we will find the best solution to solve that.
By dint of making pedalboards, some bands asked me to accompany them on tour as a tech.

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?
I work for myself and i love my job, i spend a lot of time with good people , i travel a lot and i don’t feel like i’m working how that could be most rewarding ?
Also in my job people say thank you when i’m done with a pedalboard or when i set up an artist on stage.
Is there mission driving your creative journey?
Each new pedalboards or each concerts are different. My purose is that my work satisfies my client if he is happy I am happy. This is my goal every day.
