Hi Oc, thanks for joining us today. We’d love to hear about when you first realized that you wanted to pursue a creative path professionally.

I knew I wanted to pursue music early in life. I was writing poetry for my mom every Friday and reciting it to her. As time went on , I started writing in school. After that I won a poetry contest . This is the first 11 years of my life. Me and my brother and my cousins all grew up in a church , so music was around us everyday. I’ve always had a way with words so I’ve always thought is was just gods gift to me so I just keeping on perfecting my craft and god made the starrs align and put me around like minded people.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

I’ve always felt different then most. Regular conversation, mindset, how I move , etc all play apart in how I set myself apart from other artist. The RSL brand promotes originality and selflessness, so those in it self put me in another lane than most. Real Selfless Love makes my music more impactful because I mean it, I’m putting my soul into it. I’m proud to I represent something that can change lives and the music is just a way for people to understand me on another wavelength.

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?

For me the most rewarding thing about being artist is the respect for music that I’ve retained. I hear more , I feel more , I study more. I’ve come to becoming more a critic to myself, which only made me better. Sure it get hard sometimes, sometimes Ian got all the answers, BUT I can’t see myself loving anything more on this planet than the vibrations music gives me

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?

My goal in all honesty is to be a legend where I come from. Me and my team came from nothing really,So nothing means more to me then to be a role model for someone that was just like me growing up. My goals resonate around the youth, So I stand on my morals and what I believe in. I believed in music so I’m sticking to it. I want to set a standard to where being yourself is cool again , not following in someone’s footsteps because of success but for passion. That’s when god will bless you because your not thinking of yourself but for his other creations
