Dynamic Mars, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.
We have wanted to start a business for at least 3 years, but we didn’t know exactly what we wanted to do. It’s 4 of us, so trying to come up with something that everyone agreed to was hard. Because we are minors, we also knew that it needed to be something that our parents would be able to easily oversee the process of. Back in March of 2022, my 6-year-old brother came home and told us about his day at school. His kindergarten class had watched a video about starting a lemonade stand as a kid friendly business and it put the idea in motion for us to start a lemonade stand. Once we presented the idea to our parents, they did research to find out how to start a lemonade stand and where we would be able to sell it locally. We weren’t sure if it would work, because there are many other children with lemonade stands as well. However, we were excited and looking forward to the challenge. We created our own recipe. My mom made sure that we did everything professionally. We have our logo, and our bottles are branded. When we are in the field, we have on our business shirts.

We are Dynamic Mars and we will take a moment to introduce each one of us individually.

We make lemonade using our unique family recipe. We are proud to be kidprenuers. We love selling lemonade and are looking forward to expanding our brand. Some of the items that we will be releasing in the near future includes: Dynamic Mars Kid Apparel and Dynamic Mars DIY Science Kits.
How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?
Our parents made the initial investment for the business. This allowed us to be able to purchase start-up items. On our opening day, we invited family and friends to come out and purchase lemonade. Many of them could not make it. However, they sent donations and we used it to purchase more items needed for us to function efficiently.
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
Our best source of clients has been through social media. We make sure to let our followers know where we are located each weekend. Many times, they will share our information on their platforms and that has been how we continue to gain customers.
