Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Jordan Page. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Jordan, thanks for joining us today. Let’s jump to the end – what do you want to be remembered for?

I hope my legacy is one remembered as passionate, loving, hardworking, and above all – kind. When you sit in my chair it’s not just a service, it’s an experience. I truly believe I’m doing what I was meant to do not just for hair, but for the people behind the hair. I have a heart on fire for serving and loving others and I hope that shines through to anyone who chooses to sit in my chair.

Jordan, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I’m Jordan Page and I’ve been in the industry now for almost 6 years. I left the corporate world behind to pursue this dream of creating beautiful hair for beautiful souls. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been in love with the hair world. Even so much as climbing behind my great grandmother on the couch and playing with her beautiful white hair, or putting rollers in my dad’s mullet. Ha!

I’m most proud that I get to show my daughters what it looks like to boldly chase your dreams, and that with hard work and a heart for what you do – the opportunities are endless! What a gift to do what you love for a living!

I am a blonding specialist, but that applies to my brunettes also! If you’re wanting to change up your dream hair, add some dimension to your life, have great conversation, or just sit and relax with a nice beverage – my chair is the place for you.

My goal for your time in my chair is to help make you feel like the BEST version of yourself. That includes building your confidence in not just your color and cut, but also how you style at home, your hair care routine, and so much more!

I believe in fully connecting with my clients. I love hearing your stories of your family, your job, the home your buying, the wedding your planning. And I also love being a source of support during the tough life moments as well. I’m here for the tears and the smiles – and everything in between. Your dream hair is the added bonus!

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

Consistency. Consistency and intention with EVERYTHING I do. I have been consistently sharing my work on social media since cosmetology school. It’s essentially a free marketing tool and if utilized properly, allows your dream clients to find you! I also look at it as a live portfolio of my work, and my life.

I’m also constantly looking for ways to improve my craft, and take yearly continuing education courses to level up my client’s experience. That applies to not just my technique, but to the customer service experience as well. This has built a level of trust with my clients and I. They know when they sit in my chair, there is always 100% full transparency, and an experience that keeps them coming back for the dream hair yes, but also for someone they know they can trust and feel at home with.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?

Building relationships with my clients and getting to bring their dream hair to life. It’s pretty incredible to see my work leaving the salon after thinking through every process to get them from point A to point B! And when I get messages after an appointment of how much they love their hair, or how many compliments they got – it fuels my ‘words of affirmation’ soul!
