Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to ReiLife. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
ReiLife, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What’s been the most meaningful project you’ve worked on?
Probably the album I’m currently working on. The next album in my opinion is like the newest chapter in my journey. It shows the path that our collective, “LJA” is moving along with introducing our newest member, “Atexx.”

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I’ve really been working with music and performing my whole life. I was an actor at a young age and once I got out of high school I fell back into my creative side.
Started with finding studios around the city and paying for recording sessions, but once I found my people I was comfortable with, that’s when we focused on perfecting our sound. In the next album you can definitely hear the time and patience we put into the instrumentals and beat patterns along with vocal melodies.
I guess we kind of grown together to be at the point of working as one.
I’m mostly proud of the accomplishments that music partners achieve. We all celebrate them together and bring a sense of belonging to something. Zeke Avery has over 1,000 monthly listeners on Spotify, Atexx just invested into his studio equipment to be able to make beats, Boomi has been doing features all over the city for local artists, and I’ve received an opportunity to open for Wifisfuneral. We all move forward together and progress as one and that’s one brings a sense of unity amongst the collective.

What can society do to ensure an environment that’s helpful to artists and creatives?
Oh this is easy, share their art! We are at the point today where we can take a picture or video of anything anywhere. Social Media is something you probably look at on a daily. So if you have a family member or friend that is a creative artist, show their work off. You never know who will go across your post and go help support in what they’re doing.
What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
When someone that I don’t even know reaches out and let’s me know that my music has made a positive impact on them. I always respond to anyone that reaches out to me about my music and it’s super cool to be connected with my listeners. I call them my 555 Family. But it’s super cool to be able to bring people positive vibes through my music. If they’re going through a rough time and it helps them get through it, then that’s all I need to know to keep this going. I promise I’ll never quit.
