Veronica , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today To kick things off, we’d love to hear about things you or your brand do that diverge from the industry standard

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

After studying many different wellness approaches, formal and informal — I saw the need for changes that would be more suitable and sustainable for veterans. With the desire to learn and live well and whole myself, I continuously strive to create safe spaces and self-growth tools that I can continuously use and share with others. I deeply believe that we can achieve substantial growth through livable solutions and action plans which are vitally connected to my current focus on inner healing — both which lead you to seek a deeper connection with Self and outer tune-ups.

We’d love to hear about you met your business partner.

I met our co-founder at a corporate job 2 months after I move to Atlanta. At the time I depended heavy on western medicine practices to soothe the health issues I was having from serving in the military. My partner is a native of Jamaica and had a lot more knowledge about the benefits of using herbs, superfoods, etc. My experience was more on the culinary and business side of things. We combined forces, perused more education and livable practice.

Okay – so how did you figure out the manufacturing part? Did you have prior experience?

All of our products are all made by hand and with all natural ingredients. We learn to be open to adjusting your plan. Be different yet authentic and honest about how much time and effort you can contribute to your business. Also, build a team, don’t do it all yourself.
