James, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today How did you come up with the idea for your business?

While working in the food and beverage industry as a bartender , people would always ask me to private functions and birthday parties. So after doing it for a while I decided to make a business and create better experiences for private functions

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

At Elite Bartending we pride ourselves with creating great experiences through cocktails and conversation. That’s our motto, as a leader/ business owner I enjoy creating priceless moments and making connections with my clients. Me and my staff always maintain are very professional and dependable. We provide various services outside of weddings and cooperate events. We do private cocktail lessons for date nights or just friends wanting to have fun. We also have a wonderful bartending school and offer job placement as well at the completion of courses. I’m most proud of being able to give people a opportunity to learn the craft of bartender / mixologist. Also being able to create a family atmosphere with my staff. But most importantly creating experiences through cocktails and conversation.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

Working with various event planners and networking definitely helped me with my reputation me and staff work hard at every event and make sure we always get the job done no matter what. But also word of mouth from former clients and venue owners. We always try to leave a good impression a each event big or small

Can you talk to us about how your funded your business?

Funding this business was definitely and had a lot of challenges. I funded this business working tirelessly and putting my own money in to by equipment and creating marketing tools for the business
