Aria , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?

As a young black girl, I have always wanted to work for myself and fulfill my life‘s destiny. Today, I am on that same mission. I aspire to leave my mark on this world as someone who strives to heal her community, create as boldly as she desires, and shifts the collective to consciousness.

Aria , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

My name is Aria. I am a creative, healer, entrepreneur, and a visionary. I am a singer, writer, model, teacher, and a force to be reckoned with. I am also a herbalist, and holistic birth and post partum doula. I create divine, organic, luxury plantbased products and services with pure intentions and lots of love💜 I currently make:
Handmade Soap , body butters , body scrubs , body oils, custom tea blends , feminine products, mommy packages and more!
My brand is Jardin D’ Euphorie which means (Euphoria Garden in French) and we are a company developed out of a love for healing others from the inside out. Our product line includes plant based products made for you , the holistic way. We chose French as the language for our brand because it is a love language, romantic and sweet, and love is the first ingredient we use in the planning and making of our products. My doula business is Euphorie Blissful Births which ensures a euphoric birthing experience. Saving our black queens and goddesses from the evil that resides in hospitals is what inspired me to become a doula. I want to bring peace , comfort, stability, and encouragement to the black wombman as she brings her black baby Earthside. Ensuring that the mother gets to birth her baby her way and not ripping her rights away from her is critically important to me. I am an advocate for free birth and becoming a holistic birth doula I will ensure that I fulfill my client’s every need, supporting her wishes, and creating a detailed birth plan while giving her the freedom to birth how she desires to.

What sets me apart from other creatives that are on the same journey or that may provide similar things? It’s simply my Asè. It’s not just a product or service for me. It’s a calling and an experience. You will never get the same results anywhere else and that’s what the difference is✨

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?

The most effective strategy for me personally has been community outreach and in person events. Being face to face with a client is more of my speed. I want to look you in your eyes, feel your energy, and let you experience my brand face to face. Word of mouth has definitely helped me build more clientele as well. Once a friend tells a friend about what I do, it spreads like wildfire.

Alright – let’s talk about marketing or sales – do you have any fun stories about a risk you’ve taken or something else exciting on the sales and marketing side?

Have you ever dreamed about a concept and then watched it come to fruition? One of my favorite sales and marketing concepts came to life in the privacy of my own home at the time. I had props, built a set with my friends and creative director, used an iPhone camera and a regular camera as my photographer, and created magic in the matter of a few hours. My nerves were bad because I didn’t have anything “perfect” like I wanted it to be. I’m grateful for my team that day because it led me to one of my most successful sales. My content that I created was just right for the concept. Sometimes we want things a certain way but forget that God already has it written for us. I look back on moments like that and smile because I know the assignment was understood.
