Hi Sarah, thanks for joining us today. Taking care of customers isn’t just good business – it is often one of the main reasons folks went into business in the first place. So, we’d love to get a conversation going around how to best help clients feel appreciated – maybe you can share something you’ve done or seen someone do that’s been really effective at helping a customer feel valued?
As a wedding photographer, I believe customer service is key. Simply taking photos is only a small part of the day.
I love being able to be there for clients on their special day as more than a vendor. You are with your clients throughout the majority of the day, so being a friend and someone they can rely on is priority. You are their third wheel, helping hand, friend, and a shoulder to lean on.
Sarah, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I offer a variety of photography packages for weddings and couples sessions. I am most proud of the genuine connection I am able to make with clients, creating lasting friendships.
For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?
The most rewarding aspect of being a creative is seeing the love couples share for another and pure happiness in their journey.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
Communication with clients is such an important aspect. I love to keep in touch with them throughout the days leading up to their wedding or photo session. This way I am always here for them to provide a stress free process and create a friendship.
