Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Sintia Magana. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, Sintia thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to hear the backstory behind a risk you’ve taken – whether big or small, walk us through what it was like and how it ultimately turned out.
My story is about taking risks. As the CEO of my company, I also had to take steps and measures to make sure that my company’s mission and vision were aligned with. I had to phase out some activities that were not healthy for me and cut out people that weren’t helping in my personal growth. Since I started my business, I have become a different person—more courageous, a greater risk-taker and smarter. –
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I’ve always been involved with art. Since I was a child, when I lived in Mexico, I dreamed about being an artist. I tried to express myself beyond words while helping people. I practiced art, painting, music, dance, photography and fantasized about being one of Brittney Spears’ backup dancers.
My passion and eye for design, art, and the human body led me to be a business owner. After a short time in high school, I jumped into the self-made world and started my first business: Nails Designs. Since then, I’ve created several other businesses: An eyelash company that I owned for two years before selling it. I find myself constantly reinventing myself both professionally and creatively, but with one common goal: to awaken the essence in myself and others, which is why I chose the niche of camouflage tattooing.
As a highly visual person who pays close attention to the smallest details and loves evoking a new way of being and essence in those I serve, I’ve learned a way to express myself in the practice of tattooing by becoming a Camouflage Tatoo Artist.
What I love most about being a Tattoo Artist is the ability to help my clients feel more free and uninhibited in their own skin by improving stretch marks & scars to enhance their self-love journey. It helps to eliminate any negative self-talk and amplify self-worth. I am grateful that I am able to deliver a transformative solution that’ll last for years.
I launched and now operate 3D Camouflage AZ; This is a high-growth Phoenix-based tattoo studio that provides non-invasive solutions with permanent ink. At 3D Camouflage AZ, I lead a team of international Tattoo artists from different countries.
Since the beginning of my journey in this field, my dedication and motivation to grow have led me to participate in exceptional projects and experiences. I’m grateful for finding this passion.
Specialties: Entrepreneurship, scalp micropigmentation, camouflage tattoo, medical tattoo, scar camouflage, permanent makeup, stretch marks, scar removal, and stretchmarks removal.
Training and knowledge matter of course, but beyond that what do you think matters most in terms of succeeding in your field?
