Francky, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What do you think Corporate America gets wrong in your industry?

Corporate America tend to forget that we live in a forever changing world and homelessness has taken a different turn when it comes to the lack of Housing and resources.

In the eyes of Corporate America, a homeless neighbor is only seen through one perspective and that’s the perspective of people living on the streets and it’s so much bigger than that

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

I am the Founder of A Different Shade of Love which is a Nonprofit organization that caters to changing the perspective of Homelessness here in South Florida!

I am also blessed with the opportunity to oversee the philanthropic and charity work for Artist, Grammy Nominated, and Life Changer Kodak Black !

I strive to cater to and highlight the inner city communities and homeless neighbors in our south Florida region by providing different perspectives on issues that most people overlook !

With solid collaborations, we help with food insecurities, Hosuing, shelter, education and advocacy

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?

When Covid 19 hit, Everything single Nonprofit that catered to Homelessness shutdown in my Palm Beach in fear of spreading the virus.

This put things in perspective for me because our homeless neighbors had no choice but to fight and seek Resources for themselves. A Different Shade of love was able to stay consistent and in the trenches fighting for sustainable shelter, showers, food, covid testing and vaccines for over 200 homeless neighbors sleeping in tents in a park.

Our approach to Homelessness has to change dramatically due to the fact that the need and sense of urgency heighten tremendously!

How do you keep your team’s morale high?

Always respect those who trust and understand the vision. Listen and be open minded to different outlooks and solutions to solving the problems that are on the table. A family that understands that perspectives are needed will always stay stronger together
