” BigClint “, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Has Covid resulted in any major changes to your business model?
Being a digital-first brand..
People are no longer able to run to the shops for their every day needs. Instead, they’re going online. That automatically puts businesses with strong online offerings ahead of the competition.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Being open and welcoming.. Small actions such as welcoming and introducing yourself to new people can lead to meaningful relationships.
Keep your promises, Follow through on commitments and timelines, whether it means meeting deadlines
become known for being a dependable, reliable and trustworthy person
Have a strong character, by doing the right thing, even when it is difficult or unpopular
Consistency and reliability are good things to have in business, and both affect a reputation. They can lead to repeated business
Be humble and admit mistakes when they happen. Consider openly acknowledging an issue rather than finding an excuse or hiding it

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
What help me was just staying consistent.. Don’t post sporadically whenever you feel like it. Or worse, bust out a post every day for a week and then ghost for 3 weeks after that. Post a day.. post good content.. o yeah and use hashtags too
