Rosario, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Are you happy as a creative professional? Do you sometimes wonder what it would be like to work for someone else?

Creating cosplay from the video game that I love, and turning it into actual armor that I can wear, makes me happy and gives me satisfaction. I do sometimes think if I had a regular job I could help more financially, but being a full time content creator on twitch gives me control of my time. I am my own boss and I can balance it between streaming, taking care of my family and making cosplay. I wouldn’t be able to do this without the help of my husband since he has regular job.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

Hi I am Pinayprincessa, I’m originally from the Philippines but now live in Atlanta Georgia. I am a mom, wife, content creator and founder of stream team “Warrior” on twitch. I got into streaming 7 years ago when I was homesick and saw someone on xbox streaming video games. I wondered if I could do it too. So I started streaming using my Xbox Kinect and things grew from there. What sets me apart is my humor, bubbly personality and creativity making cosplay. I am most proud of is being able to maintain my community on twitch while also being a mom, wife and daughter supporting my family here in the USA and in the Philippines.

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?

I recently joined cosplay contest in Dragoncon and i walk around the convention with the cosplay that i made , people asking for pictures and for me seeing them smile and appreciate my craft is the most rewarding.

Looking back, are there any resources you wish you knew about earlier in your creative journey?

I wish i knew earlier the power of having strong group of supportive friends.
