Alright, RP Big thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Can you share a story that illustrates an important or relevant lesson you learned in school

A important & Impactful lesson, I learned in school is too respect & love everyone and nothing is more important than relationships. Your network > your network. It wasn’t a lesson, i learned directly from a lecture but from years of observation and meeting/talking to people from many different walks of life.

Music is something I always had a love, even growing up I was the person in school who would make everyone CD’s and also create ringtones from mp3 and send them to everyone. Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?

Some books that have greatly impacted me are first and foremost the Bible, Art of War, Mastery, The Way of the Superior man.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?

This is actually very easy and the best advice I can give is trust and believe in your team. Allow them do to them as long as they are getting the job done!
