We were lucky to catch up with Nora Germany recently and have shared our conversation below.
Nora, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
Thank you for this question,
Truthfully, I’ve always been one to assist and service others in whatever they would attempt to execute.
My examples were my parents who were ministers, and their mission was to help others in life, give them hope, and share the goodness of faith and God. My mother would say, if you’re opportune to help someone, always give your very Best!!! Learning from them, and their lifelong work of serving others is where I began, my start in hospitality, assistance and service.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

Our clients, large venues, are concerts, tours, festivals, film, video shoots and commercials, celebrations, corporate events, private and member events and brand events.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
One that comes to mind and I always share with my self when things aren’t going as planned IN BUSINESS or even fail, is to remind myself to NEVER GIVE UP ON MYSELF, MY GOALS, MY DREAMS MY MISSION. I feel that I Win, just because I tried and gave it my all!!! When you are blessed with a vision for yourself, key is working towards that every opportunity. To live it, breathe it , believe in it and never, ever give up on that which gives you joy. Your Best investment is YOU and I believe in YOU!!! Now learn and pray about everything that you are branding for yourself and never take the easy road of giving up, challenge yourself to Stand!!!
Has your business ever had a near-death moment? Would you mind sharing the story?
This was a lesson that I learned some years ago with a huge client of many years, where the partnership and respect on both sides were amazing. She, my client, would say always do the right thing the 1st time and every time after. She would say to me to always deliver on my promise or don’t promise at all, and she would compliment me on delivery, but she would also say don’t take on more that you can deliver, to know when to decline no matter what the perks. One major instance, was an event of more than 16,000 guests, where my business Georgia Event Staffing covered all of the staffers. This client was an 8 city traveling tour. I had the ability to partner with other professional staffing companies to be certain of reinforcements if needed. I made the decision that we were set and could rely on our teams of staff. Not considering the fact that this was exhausting and that things simply could/would possibly occur where we would be short, well by the 6th city, we didn’t have the total staff needed, I learned that I should have hired additional back ups just in case and where that almost lost me a major contract, and partnership, I immediately remembered my promise and the honor of delivery. I took the loss of finances of flying in some of my trained staff from Atlanta to complete the final dates, but truly learned the lesson of agreement, promise and delivery and to know when sometimes it may be more than we can deliver,
