We recently connected with Brandon Coleman and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Brandon, thanks for joining us today. What sort of legacy are you hoping to build. What do you think people will say about you after you are gone, what do you hope to be remembered for?
I want my legacy to should never give up on your dreams or yourself. No matter what, keep working hard & staying true to yourself. I want my future grandkids to know I worked hard for them all to never to have to struggle or want for anything. I pray they expand my ideas & can make a bigger legacy for them all.

Brandon, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Brandon Coleman (Chef Petey), born May 9 in Oakland California. My Grandmother, showed me the ropes around the kitchen when I was 5 years old. Around 7/8 years old, I would make Hors d’oeuvre for my parents and their friends as they entertained. As I got older the passion remained, but in 2010 I moved to Atlanta, Georgia with one of my older brothers. I then applied to the Art Institute of Atlanta to better my culinary artiest. In 2014 I graduated Culinary School & jumped head first in to private catering. I curated the menus, shopped, prep & cook for clients events, big and small. One thing that sets me apart from others are my flavors I combined and the Aura I bring around my clients. I’m a very calm, peaceful and positive person. And I love to keep positive energy around me. I’m proud of how every year I level up in all aspects of my career and life I’m proud of myself for staying true to myself in my craft and never giving up I still have a lot more that I want to do and I have full confidence it will happen.
Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
Mostly it’s been a lot of word of mouth and referrals. Clients will love the food and Refer me to friends and family.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
By being very personable with my clients getting to know them and what they like an don’t like. Providing delicious food and service. Having really good Lamb Chops and Mac & Cheese also will help
