Our clients are amazing people and we consider them family. It’s because of the relationships that we have with our customer base that allows our small business to succeed. We provide excellent cleaning services to a client and 9 times out of 10 they recommend us to a friend. Referrals has played an extraordinary role in our business growth.

There are families that are in need of quality help with keeping there homes and offices cleaned and maintained. We provide cleaning services to new home buyers, realtors, mothers/fathers with children to minister, senior citizens, and busy professionals. Who all appreciate us for providing exceptional cleaning services for them. What sets us apart from other cleaning companies is how each job is tailored to the client’s needs. For example, a client is sensitive to potent chemicals that are in cleaning supplies, so we would use all natural cleaning solutions that are free of any harmful chemicals to keep our client safe. What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
We have multiple strategies to earn new business, some require an advertising budget. Our most effective strategy is what we like to call “free advertising”, which is word of mouth. Referrals has played a major role in how successful our business has become.
Any advice for managing a team?
Pay attention to what your employee’s/subordinate’s concerns are. If there is an issue with a team member it is a manager’s duty to help create a solution. That way you cultivate a caring and fulfilling work environment. This style of leading influence team members to exemplify reciprocity and gratefulness.
