Hi Courtney, thanks for joining us today. We’d love to go back in time and hear the story of how you came up with the name of your brand?
HelioSkintrix came to me while I was pumping gas at Sam’s. I wanted a company’s name that is unique and unforgettable , resonates with me, and incorporated with skincare. When I think of unique and unforgettable, I wanted to have that name that stops individuals in their tracks. Having that “WOW” factor and being eye-catching is very important to me. Helio resonated with me because it derives from the greek word “SUN” meaning something related to light. I can bring happiness to my clients by shining light on their beauty inside and out, letting them look and feel their personal best. Being an esthetician I specialize in examining the condition of the skin and performing customized treatments like facials and hair removal. Giving my clients a glow like the sun while tackling their concerns is my trix.

I’m Courtney Davis, solo esthetician from Marion,SC. Specializing in examining the condition of the skin and performing customized treatments like facials and hair removal. . I got into this industry because my purpose in life is to make individuals embrace everything about themselves by way of building self-esteem. HelioSkintrix uses cutting edge technologies and the finest medical-grade products, every treatment is customized to your specific needs to help you reach your goals quickly and effectively. What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
The sources that have worked for HelioSkintrix are social media, word of mouth and direct sales. Marketing in social media helps potential new clients to physically see my work. Giving the validation that coming to HelioSkintrix is well worth it. Word of mouth not only can validate my work but also the reassurance of an individual loving the experience of HelioSkintrix. I’m a walking billboard, you can meet your next potential client in a line getting coffee, or shopping for groceries. I always have a business card or flyer on me for direct sales.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
Customer service and professionalism have been the most effective strategy for HelioSkintrix. I’m branding an experience with HelioSkintrix that is uncanning anywhere else. I have a saying”If I were the client how would I want to be treated” Knowing I want nothing less than the absolute best for my own experience, gives my clientele 5 starts every visit. I pride HelioSkintrix on integrity, providing information not based on a sale but bettering my client for the long haul. Communicating with my clients when needed and giving reassurance that they’re accomplishing their goals by taking their first steps in self-care.
