Shante , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?

Allowing yourself to be great

Shante , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

Well In short My greatest weapon was panic
And I was able to transform that into prosperity. I came up with my brand because I panicked on where my left was headed and I knew I had to act fast so that’s how I started creating
Out of complete worry about what the future holds. I make skin and hair care products and also paintings as well as personal training. What makes me stand out is more so that I really translate everything I do into my business everything I go through I am able to express it in my products. Every ingredient every paint, represents a situation and that’s a very hard thing to mimic and be also have the spirit to turn it into a beautiful thing instead of an angry thing. I’m most proud of myself for being an example of ( it’s possible)

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

Constantly adding value to myself keeps me in demand and ahead of society because I make myself something to aspire to

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?

I would definitely express to be able to have people who really want to work with what you have And believe in the vision and also the Goal should be to help them reach their personal goals
