TavGo Entertainment was created by combining letters from my first and last name.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

First,let me start off by greeting everyone reading this with a gracious hello. I am Tavares Goode,and I’m a native of Houston,Texas. Growing up, I fell in love with music at an early age. After realizing I was too shy to pursue my dream of becoming a successful singer,I knew taking a different path towards success in the world of entertainment and business entrepreneurship would be best. The love I have for music,led me to form TavGo Entertainment,which is a multi media entertainment company. Since launching my business, I’ve celebrated signing my first artist,releasing music to all digital streaming platforms,providing artist management, producing a calendar,producing several live concerts and producing digital content. What sets me apart from others is the genuine love I have for what I do. Wanting to see others succeed and recognizing there’s room for us all to win is something that I also believe sets me apart from others. I’m most proud of believing in myself enough to take the first step towards making my dreams become a reality. As a result, I’ve accomplished some amazing things and met some beautiful people. I’d like everyone to know TavGo Entertainment is just getting started and the best is yet to come,so stay tuned!

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

I believe the way I treat others has played a major role in building my reputation within this business.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?

My advice is to be a leader who shows they are a part of the team. Respect the team and recognize that what they bring to the table individually and collectively is vital to the overall success of the business. Reward your team by showing them appreciation for their contributions and I believe that will play a part in keeping morale consistently high.
