We recently connected with Nite + Day and have shared our conversation below.
Nite + , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Naming anything – including a business – is so hard. Right? What’s the story behind how you came up with the name of your brand?
Deborah and Rebecca are sisters who have many similarities, but are complete opposites- some might even say they are like Nite + Day (night and day).

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Nite + Day began for a mutual friend’s wedding who wanted to thrift for the event. Debbie and Becca fell in love with the process of bringing a Pinterest board to life. Since that day, they have helped clients breathe that same magic into their events, homes, and lives.
Debbie is the older sister, and brings an artistic eye with a logical mental sense to everything they create. Even though Becca is younger, she’s one that gets things done. It’s the polarity of their personalities that brings balance into their business. As Latina business owners, they are passionate about incorporating family, community + culture into everything they do.
How did you build your audience on social media?
Nite + Day grew their following by remaining consistent with posting, engaging with their community, and supporting other local businesses. With the help of their family, friends, and clients they have continued to get more exposure with shares, tags, and an aesthetic/ culture they’ve created.
The biggest advice to share would be to remain consistent and engage with your followers.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
Social media reach those who aren’t in person to get them informed about pop up shop experiences Nite + Day creates where they are able engage and build their clientele.
