Alright, Tina thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Can you tell us about a time where you or your team really helped a customer get an amazing result?
Meg Busing – consulted and coached her for her TEDx talk. She had a lot to overcome, fear of presenting and forgetting (had a brain injury) and getting through the emotions of what happened to her. “Yes you can”; Here’s her talk:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PYqnBDr9tPM

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
In 2007, I gained vocal cord nodules due to a stressful teaching position. I lost my voice completely. Had six weeks of complete silence. Learned more about myself as a communicator, others and their need to be seen, heard, and understood.

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?
I believe the world needs effective communication. Here’s my leadership statement: I am the inspiration leader who motivates growth-oriented professionals who are urgent to craft content and deliver messages that matter with confidence and clarity, so that they can communicate their mission to the world and make a difference in a big way. I started in HR, high school and college teaching, promoted the arts in a nonprofit, worked as a storyteller and educator using the arts for a bank, and now work for myself, supporting heart-centered leaders in their speaking and communication journey.
