We recently connected with Molly Rose English and have shared our conversation below.

Molly Rose , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to hear about when you first realized that you wanted to pursue a creative path professionally.

I have always enjoyed being creative from a young age, I have had various craft hobbies and studied Fashion design and merchandising but it wasn’t until the pandemic started that I decided to take the leap into starting a creative small business.

I wasn’t happy working corporate roles which left me feeling unfulfilled creatively. I decided to partner the creation of English Rose Farms with my across country move to Knoxville, TN

It felt like the right time and place as Knoxville is The Maker City with a wonderful Maker/Artisan/Entrepreneur friendly community.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I am a huge fitness and wellness advocate and I love to help support others to make self-care a part of their days with inventive, inspiring and Enchanting products that bring joy and smiles to the recipient.

I want my customers to feel as though they are receiving an old fashioned care package that is thoughtfully curated/arranged and the details and packaging to support and inspire self love and care.

I use eco-friendly materials and high quality premium butters, oils and ingredients to create the best offerings to perform beautifully and enhance your self care daily rituals with Love, Joy and a sense of Zen.

My customers appreciate that I will take care of their needs and the needs of family, friends, colleagues who are celebrating something special or deserve recognition or a reminder how appreciated they are.

I curate and customize many gifts to suit all kinds of occasions and events. I love a new opportunity to create or develop a product especially for my Amazing customers.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?

I think the most rewarding part of being in a creative small business is the feeling I get when someone receives one of my packages and it brings them joy and happiness.

I also feel a incredible sense of fulfillment at markets where people can experience my products first hand and I think they can sense my passion and love for what I do! It is that connection with my community which really fuels my creative process.

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?

My goal is to open my own Brick and Mortar shop one-day, I’d love to create the similar vibe there which I create through my social media and products and allow people a place to go when they are seeking that Romantic Farm-style vibe and I’d love to bring that into reality with various elements and offerings.
