Alright, They Love Indy thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to hear about when you first realized that you wanted to pursue a creative path professionally.
I knew since I was a little girl. I already knew what I would be doing as a little girl I dreamed of doing what I’m doing now, I still have ways to go but where I am now is just a blessing and I’m proud of this moment because I’m living in my answered prayers. I also been a visionary and a creative so it just kinda came naturally to me. I’ve always been super talented I would stay in my room all day and journal and write my dreams and goals down and plan to meet those goals. I didn’t wanna go play with the other kids I just wanted to focus because I dreamed one day I would be there I just knew it no matter how anybody felt about it I knew it because God put it in my heart and he gave me the vision and I never switched up I just switched my strategies and my game plan to get there up!

Hello, I’m Indy, I’m a Radio Host Personality for iHeart radio with my very own Radio show called “Girl Let’s Win” which airs LIVE on air every Wednesday at 10:30pm eastern standard time. I’m also a Social Media Micro Influencer, and a Signed Model/Actress for Deabreu Agency I got into modeling/influencing when I was little around the age 12/14 I started taking pictures, hitting all the angles doing my own photoshoots with my iPad or phone and walking the runway at fashion shows. I made it work I always was so dedicated and passionate. I’m a more so a commercial type, photoshoots and print model that’s my cup of tea but I will for sure work the runway when needed. I was doing a lot of independent work for a long time it wasn’t until this year 2022 when I decided to take my modeling career to another level. I started talking about my life and just telling my story about my journey and being transparent on my social media and my story became relatable so my followers were rocking with it.. it’s important you have a story that’s relatable. I use my platforms to motivate, inspire, show the real and show them the power of never giving up and it inspires people. I love my followers so much they motivate me as well whenever they slide in my dms telling me how proud of me they are or how much I inspire them it motivates me to keep going it’s like we in this together.. I said to myself 2022 was going to be my year because I took some time off for my mental health for like 2 years during those times I just needed to work on me and dig deep into me and who I am as a person and why I am the way I am and that’s so important as a creator, entrepreneur etc to just know who you are and spend that time with yourself to reflect and do whatever you feel is necessary for you because I refuse to allow anyone else to determine that for me I’m very headstrong and self aware and I know I’m my heart everything I need God equipped me with… I owe everything to God because without him I am nothing… self love, journaling and Good was my saving grace on most days. I rebranded and got brand deals and started working with bigger companies in the summer of 2022 and I knew it was up from there. You can do anything you put your mind to I pray, manifest and I just go for it. As far as radio this is something new that’s came about and I LOVE it I asked God to give me a bigger platform I needed everyone to hear me worldwide because like I said I have so many girls and women all over the world that tells me all the time how I motivate them or how my story is so relatable and I just wanna use my voice as I should. What sets me apart is there is no one on this earth like me what I need is inside of me God created me different for a reason I show up as ME I don’t fake it for social media or pretend to be this person I have hurt days, mad days, all of that just like everyone else and I don’t hide it I show the real and I think that’s why followers love me on top of my lit personality. I’m just blessed and God is great. I just wanna continue to do what I was put on this earth to do I wanna do everything I’m suppose to do and not miss my mark ever..
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Just be yourself. That’s way cooler. Don’t try to fit in be YOU your followers will come and gravitate towards you naturally on top of learning social media as well. What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
The most rewarding part is being able to post my creative content and get paid for it like it’s really a job for real and I love that lol I really get paid for posting on social media like that’s so rewarding I always wanted that also another rewarding thing is the people I inspire because everytime my supporters slide in my dms and tell me how much I inspire them or they appreciate me they bring me back to my WHY and they help me remember why I’m doing this.. because even when I wasn’t getting paid I showed up to social media everyday and still remained my authentic self so I really love my supporters and the ones who been rocking with me since day one and I can’t wait to gain even more supporters!
