We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Jordann Tyree. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Jordann below.
Jordann, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to hear your thoughts about making remote work effective.
Our company is a Covid baby, so it was born in a remote environment. We would go back and forth recording and working out of each-other’s house for a long time during the Covid period. If we wanted to have a guest we would work through Zoom or over the phone, but it wasn’t the same as having face to face conversation. Eventually would let people come over if they were up-to-date on their Covid test. Once Covid calmed down some I secured a part time job that allowed me to record at the shop after hours. This was the breakthrough we were looking for. But, Trent (Co-founder) had to leave for graduate school shortly after. Once that happened, we needed a new way to keep the show going, and thats when I got stumbled across an audio mixer that would make remote podcasting efficient. After that we would find other ways to get in front of new audiences by popping up at events and festivals to get interviews. I would say we handled being remote by being flexible and adaptable to different situations. We had a grass roots approach to expanding . We didn’t need to reach everybody; but a few people at a time to steadily make progress would suffice.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

Our company sells Clothing, Drone Photographs, and an assortment of digital media related services.
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
Our reputation has been built on the value added. I come from a service background. I worked as a carhop and theater usher in high school. In college I waited tables in college, and all of that taught me the value bringing good energy on a daily basis. Being presentable and having a good attitude will take you far.
More than that though, our All In very business model is centered around adding value to not only our customers but the people we work with as well. Our platform provides exposure to artist and businesses, while providing insights to our audience.
How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?
My motto is consistency over intensity in regards to raising capital and may other things. We pooled together enough capital to get started from the money saved from our jobs. As we grew we had to go through different methods to raise capitol like establishing a credit line with our banks.
Money will come if you’re putting the work in. Don’t over fixate on funding because the time and energy is the real investment.
