King Grizzy, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Risk taking is a huge part of most people’s story but too often society overlooks those risks and only focuses on where you are today. Can you talk to us about a risk you’ve taken – it could be a big risk or a small one – but walk us through the backstory.
Being a music artist. We take risk all the time. Risk taking is a key factor because you can learn allot from just believing in your self and taking a risk. You can earn respect from that as well as connections. I take risk all te time when I promote my music and videos because you never know what the outcome will be if people will like it or not. Sometimes you just have to believe in yourself and know that whatever the outcome is . It’s okay because you made a decision and stepped out if your boundary’s to try something different.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers?
My name is Gregory Thomas a.k.a King Grizzy Greg. I am a recording artist based in Dacula, Ga. I been doing music for 6 years now and it has been a roller coaster. Bring an artist is allot and it helps me to be the best version of myself. I sell services by doing features, selling merchandise and selling promotion services. Problems that occur is knowing how to promote to the right audience and making sure I give them the best product they can have which is through my music. What I am most proud of is being able to give my fans the best part of me which is telling them my story through music. I want my audience and fans to know that I am an artist that strives to be the best I can be and give them a project to listen and feel
How do you keep your team’s morale high?
Advice I would have for managing a team and maintaining high morale would be communication and ethics. I say that because when managing a team it takes patience and leadership. You have to be able too see everyone’s point and be able to make tough decisions and keep peace and order among everyone
Can you tell us the story behind how’d you met your business partner?
How I met my business partner YFN Aaron was through a summer camp when we were younger and we have been friends ever since and we shared the same dream. And with that mindset being my we both do music in common we weee able to bring together a business to help artist be the best they can be
