We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Elizabeth Perry a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Elizabeth , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

My mission as a photographer is to capture unique images that focus on wild and remote places. Images that tell a story, that are a reflection of my respect, connection and deep rooted passion for adventure in the natural world.

Elizabeth , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I specialize in black and white fine art landscape prints! I believe black and white prints have a timeless way of invoking emotion and depth that color prints cannot do.

I also focus on outdoor female and boudoir portraiture, which aims to empower women to love themselves just as they are.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?

I think what is most rewarding for me is that is photography gives me a creative outlet to capture rare moments and wild places that most will never see. It allows me to explore, adventure and connect to the wild while also creating a permanent record through a photograph.
