Latonia, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. One of the most important things we can do as business owners is ensure that our customers feel appreciated. What’s something you’ve done or seen a business owner do to help a customer feel valued?

A present client or future client will never have to wonder if I am there for them or am I listening, etc. I not only go far and beyond to show it but I do it so I can express it! I make sure I provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and TOP OF THE LINE PRODUCTS and SERVICE.

I am a PROFESSIONAL EYEBROW SPECIALIST, that not just see the brows but knows the brows. I Specialize in Healthy Eyebrows Growth, Tiniting, and I’m also a PMU “Permanent MakeUp Artist” This is My Passion! This is my Ministry! And I Love it! I love where I am and how God allowed the power of manifestation to come to past! We now have a New Home! And I’m excited about it! So come and join the Impression Family! Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

nothing worth fighting for comes easy! And that just makes the Love for what I do or what I want STRONGER! The question was asked, what were some of the struggles along the way? “LIFE” Man Life happens! But just keep on living! And in the words of my pastor “Keep it Moving” It will soon pay off after awhile. What sets me apart from others is. Knowing who I am and who’s I am! I am a KINGS KID! I was born to be set apart! Not to fit in. I AM MY BRAND! I didn’t just want to be a Brow artist. I AM THE BROW ARTIST! I have been in the Beauty field for over 10 years now and LOVING IT! Brow Impressions is for EVERY WOMEN to make your 1st Impression! A Brow Impression! The brand that has everything your EYEBROWS needs if you DESIRE to make your 1st IMPRESSION on the WORLD! This brand have been blessed and ordained by God 1st.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?

My story may seem like many but it’s just for me! I started out in my home for MANY YEARS! Was Blessed with a place for Brow Impressions to call home! But a change had to come. “God had other plan’s” Back into my home continuing servicing. “Quitting is NOT AN OPTION” I lost myself for many years trying to figure out what type of entrepreneur I wanted to be! I didn’t want to be like others or look like others I wanted to STAND OUT! My take from that is to “Just Let GOD GUIDE YOU”.
