Spence, appreciate you joining us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission the drives your brand?
My mission is inspire others to do better, feel something, and make people happy. If I can make others happy and present i have done well. I feel that is my purpose in this world. And that will make the world a more enjoyable world to live in.

Spence, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Hi, my names Spence Noble. I grew up in Ocean Beach San Diego, CA. I got into music at a young age or 10 years old. I played the a trumpet until I was about 14. When I turned 14 I quit Trumpet and started playing Drums. I formed the Band of Gringos when I was 19/20 years old. And I Still play with them currently at 27 years Old. I started my Skate Coach business when I was 23 Years Old. I was over working for other people so I deceived to try my own thing.
I’m most Proud of the music I play. I feel that the music is very unique and has a lot of potential to affect people
All over the World.
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
I think what helped build my reputation in the market is my characteristic personality. I treat everyone with equality and always have a smile on face. Make people happy about what they doing!

How do you keep your team’s morale high?
My advice for Managing a team and maintains high morale is making sure everyone is honest with the customers but most importantly themselves. You need to trust in your team for projects. Have faith in your team and yourself!
