Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Brandon Alex. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Brandon , thanks for joining us today. How did you come up with the idea for your business?

Hey, First and foremost I’d like to thank you guys for the recognition and for also reaching out to get the story. The idea came from just wanting to help independent music artists reach their goals. Artist’s spend a lot of money yearly chasing their dream a feeling I’m familiar with being that I’ve been heavily into music at a point in my life. My love for music will never die it’s something that’s kinda embedded in you when you have a passion for a certain thing you’ll never give up. I always vowed to myself to stay close to music anyway possible which sparked the idea to start a platform welcoming artists from all over the world. I love to hear new music the creativity that most artists have is amazing. The platform started with the name “On The RADAR” which is a phrase often used by many for many reasons. My idea was to spotlight artists for their talent and give them a chance to put it in front the world and it was a success. Soon artists from all over the world knew about it and what we did to give them recognition from free promo to money giveaways. A lot of people don’t get support the way they should or feel they should which was why it was the perfect idea. We’re now rebranding and will have a lot more to offer to artists now since we have analyzed everything. What started as a small idea has turned into something major and it’ll only keep growing. I’d like to thank everyone that has taken part in this helping along the way. Nothing makes you feel more full than helping someone and giving back it’s a blessing to have support from people all over the world.

Brandon , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

My name is Brandon Alex originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Many music artists have come from the state and became successful. Where I’m from there’s a lot of hardships you experience and obstacles to overcome. I got into music first as a artist and transitioned to helping artists. We help artists get seen and heard who independently working so tmeaning they may not have the funds or resources that some have. What sets us aside is passion and genuity when you love it and you really want to help that’s what sets you aside your drive and hunger. We want everyone to know we will get your music out by any means necessary and that we take this serious.

Any advice for managing a team?

Building a brand takes consistency and trust from the people whoever you may be selling products to or providing services for whatever that may be. Having a strong team is mandatory having individuals like minded with drive and good ideas to keep improving as time goes. Quality over all anything good will sell itself good communication and treating customers good as well as your employees.

How did you build your audience on social media?

Social media is at the tip of everyone’s fingers phones, computers etc. People have taken advantage of it more now than ever making millions of dollars by having good ideas and jumping straight in with limited resources. Always believe in yourself confidence is everything first you must believe in what you do more than anyone. You will hear more No’s than Yes and there will be doubters. If you live by the claps you will die by the boos. Basically stay consistent and promote what you do if you truly believe at times you’ll lose more than you gain in the beginning. Invest in yourself and build a following as well as offline.
