Constance , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
Purchasing my first home as a Single Mother was one of the best accomplishments of my life. Being a homeowner has opened up so many doors for me…..literally!
I purchased my first home and after 2yrs my home increased in value from $278,000 to $499,000!!! That was amazing.
I decided to do a cashout refinance which allowed me to some upgrades to my primary home and use the rest to start investing!
I then continued that cycle with other properties and now
I’m now in the game! I’m a Real Estate investor and I teach others how to leverage and start investing also.

I am originally from the S.F Bay Area. I have been in various roles in the Real Estate & Finance industries since 2005.
As a professional Real Estate Agent and a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, I stand out because I can work on both sides of the transaction for my client. I have the advantage of knowing loan documents and proper guidelines to structure the dealings to meet my client’s needs- from the initial pre-approval phase, negotiating the best offer, and achieving a seamless contract for the real estate purchase.
One of my most significant goals is to help my clients invest in themselves through real estate. My team of mortgage advisors and real estate referral partners can assist locally in Arizona or nationwide. We bring professionalism, education, and care to the industry while enjoying our clients’ moving to the closing table.
I enjoy traveling, spending time with my son, and attending networking events in my free time. Some hobbies that keep me busy are golfing and volunteering at an organization for single mothers, helping them to achieve financial success through real estate and investing.

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?
Being in the financial industry I always refer back to the classics. These books have really help me have the correct mindset and when I find myself getting into a rut they help my mind get back on track. Not to mention the knowledge they provide.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
Well, I’ve always been an entrepreneur, but since I had my Son the last 7yr journey of entrepreneurship has been totally different. The initial struggles you go through you have someone who’s life depends on you. So the pressure is totally different. It can motivate you more or make you give up and get a 9-5 and put your dreams on hold.
I’ve worked overnight while my son slept and was working my business during the day. We’ve moved in with my Mom temporarily to help me put more money into my business. Just being able to pivot and not give up! That business was a Hair Salon, but unfortunately due to Covid I closed the business.
Once I got into Real Estate my life changed. I was able to fulfill a promise I made to my Son to give him a home with a backyard. No more apartments!
Now, my goal is to help Single MoMs get into position to purchase a home and start investing in themselves through Real Estate.
