Brand loyalty is such a stale and detached way of referring to how much love your clients have for you and your brand. How much they love you often correlates very highly with how appreciated they feel – and while most business owners want to increase brand loyalty, we feel there isn’t nearly enough discussion about one of the key factors, making clients feel appreciated. So, we’re trying to connect with business owners and operators who are willing to share stories that illustrate how they’ve made their clients feel loved and appreciated.

Our clients are our main focus in our real estate business (I work with my husband Chris). We do many things throughout the year to keep in touch with past clients (stopping by their home with a small gift, client parties, etc) I think the things that have really made a difference are that we are not afraid to get our hands dirty & do manual labor to help clients out in a pinch. One example that stands out in my mind is a home that had had a hard time selling, once it did, the buyers loan required some fixes that the seller did not have much money to do themselves. We are pretty handy (we actually both have our contractors licenses too) We went over and spent the weekend scraping & painting some peeling paint so that it would pass the requirements. Read more>>

One day we got a call from a customer who needed help with a kitchen remodel. We gathered their information and walked the project it turned out it was a non profit women’s shelter for abused women. That hit close to home because my mother was a victim at a young age and she endured some traumatic experiences from a man she loved at the time. When I walked the project they didn’t have very much money and were on a tight budget. This weighed heavy on my heart and I had to do something about it. We stepped in and did the entire project at no cost to them. Read more>>

I have a lot of fabric. Like, way too much fabric, and I really wanted to make our packaging more upscale. I wanted each of my customers to feel special every time they ordered from us. Earlier this year I decided to revamp our packaging and actually make it wrapped up like a gift with ribbon and tissue paper. On the inside I include a hand-written note and include a free bookmark and fabric coaster. We’ve had many customers message us to tell us that they loved the package and they thank us for the freebies. Read more>>

We enjoy making our audience feel our music. Songs that we have written, the audience can pull from that song to relate to something that might have happened in their lives or someone that they know lives. When and audience member comes to ask us to play a song we try and do what we can to play that song for them.. If we don’t know the song we try to learn it during our break and play it on our next set. Fulfilling the audiences needs and seeing them smile is the best satisfaction that we could ever have. It can be difficult for a debut author to acquire a literary agent, much less a dream agent. The day my dream agent accepted the manuscript for my novel “Bells for Eli” is one of the most fortunate in my life. Working part-time as a book publicist, I met my agent at a social function she attended in South Carolina a couple of years before I wrote my novel. She’d come South from New York to support one her authors with a new release. I was honored just to meet this agent who has represented a number of authors I greatly admire. I had no idea I’d ever pitch my own Southern novel to her. Read more>>

My business is truly focused on giving back to the community, our clients and our agents. We have the firm belief that we would not be successful if it were not for the individuals that patronize and support our business. Our clients truly appreciate the events that are hosted for them. We have an annual event with a live band, DJ and some good old barbecue during the summer that our clients attend annually. Many clients have shared that they feel like family and will continue to do business with us as we show that we care. For community we host an annual Shred Day event where individuals can get rid of boxes of unwanted paperwork. Read more>>
