Ora, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

On my quest for healthy hair alternatives for both me and my family, I realized that there were very few products that contain simple yet natural remedies for growing and maintaining hair. As I researched simplistic ways for maintaining and growing hair, I noticed that the elements of nature was key in aiding hair growth. Thereafter, the Gr8full Company was formed. Each one of our products are created from nature and manufactured for efficiency to yield amazing results. The Gr8full company was produced out of the pure need for simple and holistic virtue.

Ora, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

A little about me, my background is in professional and school psychology therefore research has always been a key factor in growing my business. Everything I’ve learned has been researched and applied to my business practices. In terms of discipline my motto is… every idea starts with solving a problem once that has been identified it is imperative to execute. Execution is key in terms of building a business and staying disciplined. The Gr8full Company offers an array of products including skin care, hair care, men’s care, bath and body, herbal supplements, herbal teas and now products for the home. Clients from all over have expressed how our natural haircare products have helped to regrow their hair as well as how our herbal supplements have helped them to live a healthier lifestyle. I think that’s what sets us apart from other brands, we did not get into this business on a whelm or financial gain. Every product that we’ve manufactured has been a result of our own personal experiences. For example, our first product was our rice water hair growth serum, this was created because of battles with hair loss. In addition, one of our most shipped products is our Coco Bliss Body Butter, which was created because my daughter and husband dealt with eczema. Perhaps the most important thing I am proud of is my ability to continue my efforts towards helping others. We listen to every one of our customers. We want to know their feedback concerning our products. This in turn, helps us to develop better products and to help where needed. In all, we want our customers to know that they are a priority. Every product that a customer use should be one that is beneficial towards optimal health!!

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?

One of the most challenging times during our business has been what most business owners have had to face, how to pivot during a pandemic. Pivoting during a pandemic has been a blessing in disguise. Like most businesses we had to determine whether we were going to continue to produce products or close, but this became a time when we were most needed as many people were searching for healthy alternatives. This also became a time when we were able to further our knowledge on business grants as a solution to stay afloat, which in turn led to THE BUILD GR8NESS NETWORK. Constructing an additional business venture has allowed us to help other business find solutions for their businesses. Needless to say, some challenges are just another way towards solving a problem!

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?

Our following and clientele has been completely organic, with the help of friends and family we’ve been able to build a community that has been supportive from the start. Many of our customers have been with us since 2019 when we first started. We’ve grown tremendously through attending vendor shows, events, and just word of mouth. We like that our products speak for themselves, they do exactly what they say, and I think that’s what helps to build our customer base.
