Jackie, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Alright, so you had your idea and then what happened? Can you walk us through the story of how you went from just an idea to executing on the idea
How I actually started was from hanging out with a friend who is a well known singer in Tampa. She had the idea of me going to different events with her just to hang around and support her. But I noticed that I would help her out with wardrobe, run errands and whatever she needed I was right there. So we talked about me becoming an assistant for her, to get the feeling of working behind the scenes for an artist and also to network with other artists/ entrepreneurs to build my clientele. With running a business there is no one right way to do it. Everyone has a different timing.
When things started to escalate for me, I wanted to take my business more serious. So I connected with a few people that helped me build my portfolio, prices, media kit and etc. I did my research on other women entrepreneurs, marketing, pricing, scheduling, communication skills, reading affirmations/ manifestations and more. “Just taking that risk, being consistent and confident in yourself and work will get you far in life.”
That’s when the idea of JV Solutions came about. What I do as CEO I handle everything. I find resources that the client may need for their business and connect the businesses together. I can also be the assistant to my clients (taking care of errands, help creating ideas, marketing (social media, emails, events ‘etc.), and I also capture the BTS of working with my clients. JV Solutions has worked with artists, photographers, videographers as well as boutiques. There is no limitation with JV Solutions. What sets me apart from others is my energy. My purpose is to be a healing & to serve others.

My name is Jackie Goodrum, born & raised in Florida. As a 26 year old I’ve experienced and went through a lot. But one thing that was instilled in me was to always have a positive & loving heart. With having that mindset I was able to build connections, have a good mental mindset and push through any obstacles. I came so far as a young colored woman and I want the readers to know that my brand is welcoming and positive environment. My brand offers many resources and I establish services that best fits any entrepreneur. My goal is to help build others up because we all deserve to win.
The way I started with JV Solutions is from the joy of always wanting to help others. I always invested my time to help others & wanted to take it up a notch & build a business. I always preferred quality over quantity. JV Solutions is an organization that helps entrepreneurs with finding certain resources as well as being an assistant to the client. What I want everyone to know is that JV Solutions is always learning (how to become a better brand, how to communicate, connect & have fun with any clients). My vision is to provide and effortless and productive lifestyle for an established and upcoming entrepreneur(s).’‘
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
What helped and still helps me to this day that builds my reputation within my market is having a genuine connection and staying consistent with others. Getting to know the clients or audience personally can build a great foundation with one another. There is always a way to building a connection whether in person, social media, face to face or even a huge crowd of people. Your energy can touch many people.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
The way I keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty is to show support in their work and reaching out to check to see how they are doing (work, life, etc). When you show support it really shows the client that you care about their work. Even checking on them (DM, text or call) is a great way to build some form of connection on a personal level to show that it’s not all about business but you genuinely care for that client as a person.
