We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Jenny Le. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Jenny below.
Jenny, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to hear about the best boss, mentor, or leader you’ve ever worked with.
In life, some of us are lucky to find a job in which they love what they do. Some of us are even luckier to find a job in which they are surrounded by supporters, leaders, and mentors. Fortunately, I have found that in Dr. Nataly Perez.
Dr. Perez is not only my first official boss in my chiropractic career, but she has been an amazing mentor. She has not only opened my eyes up to what else chiropractic has to offer, but has also taught me how to run a successful business.
She has ran a successful business in the Greater Heights, has been acknowledged around the Houston area, and has been helping patients get out of pain for 10 years. Dr. Perez has helped guided me into becoming more well-rounded, and has also helped me gained more confidence and a bigger following in the area. She has taught me the do’s and don’ts of running a business, how to market and advertise, and has becoming an amazing friend and confidant.

Jenny, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Currently, I am an associate chiropractor at a small clinic in the Greater Heights area.
Our patients range in age, and we specialize in prenatal, postnatal, sports-related, and both acute and chronic injuries. We help patients decrease in pain, improve posture and mobility, as well as keep the patient performing at their optimal every day.
What I am most proud of is being able to help hundreds of patients decrease and get out of pain, and also help them to reach their personal goals. Another proud moment for me, is that The Leaders newspaper released their Readers’ Choice results, where the Greater Heights community votes the best in the area, and I was recognized and voted as #1 Womens Health Provider, #3 Wellness Center, and #3 Chiropractor in the area for 2021 and was ranked as one of the Top 3 Chiropractors for the Houston Chron’s Best of the Best for 2022!!
What sets our office apart from others, is that we are very patient-based. We cater to the needs of our patients and prioritize their health and wellness. Each treatment and visit is tailored to the patient and what they are coming in for, and we prioritize getting to know each patient individually, understanding what brought them in, and how their pain came about. We are also very accommodating, whether a patient has an emergency and needs to be seen as early as 7 or 8 am or due to their work and personal schedule and/or needs to be seen later, we try to help each patient in every way possible.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Currently, what is helping me build my reputation within today’s current market is by word of mouth and patient referrals. We don’t do too much marketing, but have able to gain the attention of potential new patients through other patients, Facebook and local neighborhood groups.
In today’s generation, social media is everything, so we are hoping to post more soon :)

Putting training and knowledge aside, what else do you think really matters in terms of succeeding in your field?
Besides my current training and knowledge, I think what has helped me most of all in being successful in my current field, is the patients. Our patients are our biggest marketers, our biggest referrals, and our biggest success stories. When you help someone alleviate and/or get out of pain, help someone gain something physically, mentally, and occasionally emotionally, that is honestly how we are successful. We have become recognized in the Houston area and that is something I am very proud of.
Besides our amazing patients, I do have to recognize Dr. Perez as someone who has helped me succeed as well, her knowledge and mentorship has helped me become a better chiropractor and physician to help serve others.
Lastly, you have to have a good network of people to help you. Whether it be someone who is amazing at social media, at web design, or someone who is able to lend a hand, it helps to grow your networking circle.
