We were lucky to catch up with Alicia Nicole recently and have shared our conversation below.
Alicia , appreciate you joining us today. Has your work ever been misunderstood or mischaracterized?
When I think of The Number Of Times I’ve Been misunderstood or mischaracterized For Being A Body Artist …The Number is Outrageous lol .People See Tattoos On A Female and Automatically Think That Person Is From The Streets,Been Behind Bars , Do Not Believe In A Higher Power And Exotic Dance For A living .These Reactions and Feelings Could Lead Someone Away From Their Gift if they let it .People Who Not Only Have The Gift Of Art are also gifted in other ways as well if they dig deep to guide them on journeys as such .Mine lead me to my tribe of people who understand the expression of BodyArt ….the depth of the souls of people with it …& Just the beautiful minds of people who love the idea of wearing their ART.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I got into The BodyArt Industry on accident honestly lol .I aways loved BodyArt and dated people in that industry ironically.Being a fan of getting BodyArt lead me to be a fan of Learning the skill of how it was done as well .Being a portrait artist for years and a lover of charcoal and graphite pieces made me curious enough to wonder if I could draw on skin and not just paper !I was bold enough to try it on myself and was surprised how natural it came.Speaking of natural ..I’m such a natural nerd lol and over the years of tattooing in shops around the world and traveling to my clients I became interested in the things the tattoo products and inks were made with .Im vegan and very into health and ingredients.I started getting into that and realized most tattoo products and ingredients were made with dead animal fats ,shells ,and bones !I became more successful when I began VEGAN BODYART®️where I began offering clean and vegan tattoo inks and aftercares to my Clients .
I still travel globally and provide my luxury services while I’m excited to announce our vegan aftercare line and vegan tattoo inks are in the works and will be arriving on the market really soon! Also have brought our holistic vegan touch and expertise in home health …
What an exciting journey to see a seed grow !

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?
Being able to be ME and provide for myself and family from just that alone !
