We were lucky to catch up with Sueudo Sousa recently and have shared our conversation below.
Sueudo, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Coming up with the idea is so exciting, but then comes the hard part – executing. Too often the media ignores the execution part and goes from idea to success, skipping over the nitty, gritty details of executing in the early days. We think that’s a disservice both to the entrepreneurs who built something amazing as well as the public who isn’t getting a realistic picture of what it takes to succeed. So, we’d really appreciate if you could open up about your execution story – how did you go from idea to execution?
SueudosPrime was born during one of the most challenging periods of my life.
There were days when the financial pressure was so intense that it kept me awake at night. I remember staring at the ceiling wondering how I was going to pay the next bill, how I was going to provide for my family, and what I could do to create something that was truly mine. I wasn’t looking for a hobby. I was looking for a way forward.
But in the middle of that uncertainty, I discovered something powerful: creativity.
I’ve always had a passion for art. For years, I studied and worked with Photoshop, CorelDRAW, digital design, and hand drawing. Creating images wasn’t just a skill, it was a way of expressing emotions, ideas, and dreams. One day, I looked at the designs I had created and thought: “What if I could transform this art into something people could wear?”
That simple question changed everything.
The next day, I wasn’t opening a company. I was researching. I spent hours learning about fabrics, printing methods, suppliers, costs, shipping, branding, and how online businesses actually worked. Every answer created ten new questions. Every step forward revealed something else I needed to learn.
I started creating pieces that carried a part of my story. Every image, every detail, every line was designed by me. What people see as a tank top, I see as hundreds of hours of creation, testing, failures, revisions, and persistence.
I had no large marketing budget. No investors. No team. Most days I was the designer, the photographer, the salesperson, the customer support representative, the logistics manager, and the business owner, all at the same time.
There were moments when I questioned everything.
Some campaigns generated no sales. Some products took longer than expected to sell. Some days I felt invisible in a market crowded with bigger brands, bigger budgets, and more experience.
But every obstacle taught me something.
I learned that entrepreneurship isn’t a single leap of faith. It’s a daily decision to keep moving when nobody is applauding. It’s waking up after a disappointment and trying again. It’s believing in your vision before the market believes in it.
Little by little, customers started appearing.
The first sale felt unbelievable.
Not because of the money.
Because someone I had never met looked at something I created and said, “I want that.”
For me, that moment meant more than a transaction. It was validation. It was proof that the dream had left my imagination and entered the real world.
From there, SueudosPrime continued to grow one customer at a time, one design at a time, one lesson at a time.
Today, when people ask how I launched my business, the answer isn’t that I had the perfect plan.
The answer is that I refused to let difficult circumstances define my future.
SueudosPrime was built from uncertainty, sacrifice, creativity, and resilience. It was born from financial struggles, but it became something much bigger than that. It became proof that even during the hardest moments of our lives, we can still create something meaningful.
Every design tells a story.
And the first story SueudosPrime ever told was my own.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My name is Sueudo Gomes, and professionally, I work as a Project Manager in the technology industry, leading teams, solving complex problems, and transforming ideas into reality. But beyond technology, there has always been another side of me: the artist, the creator, and the dreamer.
Long before SueudosPrime existed, I was already immersed in the world of creativity. I spent countless hours learning Photoshop, CorelDRAW, digital illustration, and traditional hand drawing. Art was never just a hobby for me, it was a language. It was how I transformed thoughts, emotions, challenges, and inspiration into something visible.
What eventually became SueudosPrime was born at the intersection of necessity and passion.
Like many entrepreneurs, I faced significant financial challenges. There were moments when uncertainty seemed bigger than opportunity. Instead of accepting those circumstances, I chose to create something of my own. I decided to combine my artistic skills, my knowledge of design, and my determination to build a brand that represented authenticity, creativity, and resilience.
That decision gave life to SueudosPrime.
SueudosPrime is more than a tank top brand.
It is a creative expression of everything I believe in: individuality, confidence, self-expression, and perseverance. Every image is carefully developed by me, using my own artistic vision and design experience. Many of the illustrations are created entirely from scratch, carrying pieces of my personality, experiences, and imagination.
What makes our products different is that they are not simply selected from a catalog or copied from trends.
They are created.
Behind every design are hours of research, sketching, editing, refining, and perfecting. Every piece is meant to tell a story and create an emotional connection with the person wearing it.
Our customers are not just buying clothing.
They are buying originality.
They are buying something designed with purpose, attention to detail, and genuine passion.
One of the biggest problems we solve is helping people stand out in a world filled with mass-produced products. Today, many fashion brands focus on volume. We focus on identity. We want people to wear something that reflects who they are, what they believe in, and how they choose to express themselves.
I believe that what truly sets SueudosPrime apart is authenticity.
This brand was not created in a corporate boardroom. It was created through sacrifice, persistence, creativity, and an unwavering belief that hard work can transform difficult circumstances into meaningful opportunities.
When you build something from the ground up, you learn to celebrate every step forward because you understand exactly how much effort it took to get there.
What I am most proud of is not a sales number, a social media metric, or a business milestone.
I am most proud that SueudosPrime exists at all.
It represents countless nights of work, moments of doubt that were overcome, lessons learned through failure, and the courage to keep moving forward when success was far from guaranteed.
If there is one thing I want people to remember about me and my brand, it is this:
SueudosPrime is proof that creativity has power.
Power to inspire.
Power to connect.
Power to transform challenges into opportunities.
And power to turn a dream that once existed only in someone’s imagination into something real that people can wear, experience, and become part of.
Every design has a story.
Every product carries purpose.
And every step of this journey reminds me why I started in the first place: to create something meaningful, something authentic, and something that reflects the belief that no matter where you begin, you can build something extraordinary.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
If I had to choose one word to describe my entrepreneurial journey, it would be resilience.
SueudosPrime was not born from comfort, stability, or abundance.
It was born from necessity.
There was a period in my life when financial pressure seemed to be everywhere. Bills continued to arrive whether I was ready for them or not. Responsibilities continued to grow. Like many people, I found myself facing moments where the future felt uncertain and the path forward was far from clear.
What made those moments even more difficult was knowing that no one was coming to rescue me. If my situation was going to change, I would have to be the one to change it.
I remember countless nights sitting in front of my computer long after everyone else had gone to sleep. While the world rested, I was designing. Learning. Researching. Creating. Trying to transform an idea into something real.
I didn’t have a large audience.
I didn’t have a team.
What I had was determination.
I had years of experience with Photoshop, CorelDRAW, artistic drawing, and creativity. Those skills became my tools. They became my way of fighting back against uncertainty.
Every design I created carried more than colors and shapes.
It carried hope.
Hope that maybe this idea could become something bigger.
Hope that maybe someone would connect with my work.
Hope that maybe I could build something that would change my future.
The hardest part wasn’t creating the products.
The hardest part was continuing when results didn’t come immediately.
There were days when I spent hours creating content and received almost no engagement. Days when I launched designs I believed in and heard nothing but silence. Days when it felt like I was shouting into an empty room while competing against brands with bigger budgets, bigger audiences, and far more resources.
Those moments test you.
They force you to answer a difficult question:
“Do you believe in your dream only when it succeeds, or do you believe in it even when nobody else does?”
I chose to keep going.
One design.
One post.
One customer.
One lesson at a time.
Then something happened.
The first sale arrived.
Not because of luck.
Not because of a viral post.
But because persistence finally met opportunity.
I still remember the feeling.
Someone I had never met looked at something I created from nothing and decided it had value.
That moment meant more than money.
It meant that all the doubts, fears, sacrifices, and sleepless nights had created something real.
Today, SueudosPrime continues to grow, but the most important lesson remains the same.
Resilience is not about never struggling.
It is about refusing to surrender when struggle becomes part of the journey.
Every product we sell represents a victory over fear.
Every customer represents a reason to keep going.
And every new step forward reminds me that some of the strongest businesses are built not from perfect circumstances, but from imperfect situations faced with extraordinary determination.

How did you build your audience on social media?
One of the biggest misconceptions about entrepreneurship is that every successful business begins with a large investment.
Mine didn’t.
SueudosPrime began with faith, sacrifice, and a refusal to let financial limitations define what was possible.
When I first envisioned the brand, I wasn’t sitting on a pile of capital waiting to be invested.
In fact, I was experiencing some of the most financially challenging moments of my life.
The reality was simple: I didn’t have extra money available to take big risks.
Every decision mattered.
Every expense mattered.
I believed that my skills in graphic design, digital illustration, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and artistic creation could become something more than a passion. I believed they could become a business.
The challenge was figuring out how to fund that belief.
Instead, the initial capital was built through discipline, patience, and sacrifice.
I reduced personal expenses.
I redirected resources whenever possible.
I invested small amounts carefully and strategically.
Every step forward required a decision.
Do I spend this money today, or do I invest it in the dream?
Again and again, I chose the dream.
The first investments were not glamorous.
There were no fancy offices.
No expensive equipment.
No major advertising campaigns.
The money went into what mattered most: creating designs, testing products, building the brand, finding suppliers, learning the market, and establishing the foundations of SueudosPrime.
What many people don’t see is that entrepreneurship often requires investing long before there is any guarantee of return.
You spend hours working with no immediate reward.
You invest money while uncertainty sits beside you.
You move forward despite knowing that success is not promised.
That uncertainty can be terrifying.
I remember asking myself difficult questions.
What if nobody buys?
What if the designs fail?
What if all this effort leads nowhere?
But I learned that fear and entrepreneurship often travel together.
For me, every investment represented a vote of confidence in my future.
Every small amount invested was a declaration that I believed my circumstances could change.
And eventually, they did.
The first sales didn’t instantly solve every problem.
But they proved something invaluable.
They proved that the dream was no longer just an idea.
It was becoming reality.
Looking back, I am proud that SueudosPrime was not built on abundance.
It was built on perseverance.
The initial capital wasn’t simply money.
It was courage.
It was sacrifice.
It was belief.
And those investments continue to generate returns far beyond financial results.
They created a brand.
They created opportunities.
They created hope.
Most importantly, they created proof that even when resources are limited, determination, creativity, and relentless effort can build something extraordinary from almost nothing.
That is how SueudosPrime began.
Not with wealth.
But with conviction.
