We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Michael Fuller a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Michael thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Was there a moment in your career that meaningfully altered your trajectory? If so, we’d love to hear the backstory.
I’ve had several defining moments through my several careers. Travel nursing during covid have me confidence. Being able to work in multiple states and adjusting on the fly. It’s also gave me the courage to be a man of many tools. Writing a children’s book gave me purpose. To know I am inspiring a ton of kids to pick up snowboarding means a lot.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your background and context?
Playing guitar was my first love. Then I went to nursing school. After completing that I travel nurse and fell in love with snowboarding. I then started a business doing covid screenings and landed a gigs doing movie sets and tv shows. I meet a friend who was in the process of writing a children’s book and convinced me to write a book about snowboarding so here we are!

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Just being a good person and being reliable will carry you a long way.

If you could go back in time, do you think you would have chosen a different profession or specialty?
I wouldn’t change a thing.
