We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Giovanni Jones a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Giovanni, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Are you happier as a creative? Do you sometimes think about what it would be like to just have a regular job? Can you talk to us about how you think through these emotions?
I am deeply fulfilled by my work as an artist and creative. For me, creativity is not simply a profession. It is a calling. I believe that when you have the courage to pursue what genuinely moves you, life begins to meet you with the right opportunities, people, and experiences.
I have always been a big believer that you attract what you put your attention to. I follow Bob Proctor’s teachings as well, and that philosophy has shaped the way I think about success, purpose, and vision. Where your focus goes, your life begins to follow.
There were moments when I considered what it would be like to choose a more conventional path. I worked in real estate and was making a very strong income, so I understood the comfort and security of a traditional career. However, entertainment was always the world that had my heart. Real estate gave me discipline and business acumen. The creative world gave me meaning.
In many ways, one of the greatest blessings in my life was my office closing down. At the time, it could have looked like a setback. In hindsight, it was divine redirection. It pushed me out of comfort and back into alignment.
The conclusion I came to is that true success is not just about income or security. It is about alignment, purpose, and building a life that reflects your highest vision. When you pursue what you love with conviction, sacrifice, and elegance, you attract the life you are meant to live.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My name is Giovanni Jones, and my introduction to the entertainment industry began at a very young age. I started in baby pageants, which gave me an early understanding of presentation, poise, and performing with confidence. From there, my path naturally evolved into modeling and acting.
Some of my early experiences included work on shows such as House, appearing on Nickelodeon’s BrainSurge, modeling for brands such as PayPal and Big Lots, and being featured on the cover of Academic Fitness. Being on set and in front of the camera from a young age gave me a deep appreciation for discipline, professionalism, and the quiet details that make the entertainment world so compelling.
I received my first agent around the age of ten through City Model, a boutique agency in San Francisco. Although the agency eventually closed, it became an important chapter in my foundation. When I later relocated to Los Angeles, I had to rebuild, seek new representation, and continue refining the creative path that always felt instinctive to me.
Today, I work as a creative and personal assistant to notable personalities, including Abby Lee Miller, Nikki Haskell, members of the Gaye family, and others. My work blends entertainment, personal branding, image, content, private lifestyle support, organization, and creative direction. I bring a refined eye, discretion, and a strong understanding of how people want to be seen, supported, and remembered.
The problems I solve are often the quiet but essential details that allow high profile clients to move through life with greater ease, privacy, and refinement. My work includes managing schedules, coordinating airfare and hotels, arranging reservations, overseeing shopping needs, handling vehicle maintenance, assisting with estate management, and making sure daily details are handled with care, taste, and discretion.
I understand that for public figures and highly visible individuals, time, privacy, and presentation are invaluable. My role is to anticipate needs, create order, protect their peace, and ensure that everything around them feels seamless, polished, and thoughtfully managed.
What sets me apart is that I understand the industry from several perspectives. I have been in front of the camera, behind the scenes, and in trusted support roles for public figures. That experience has given me instinct, taste, resilience, and the ability to elevate both the person and the moment.
What I am most proud of is my ability to evolve with grace. My brand is rooted in creativity, elegance, reinvention, and intention. I want people to know that my work is not simply about visibility. It is about presence, refinement, and creating a life and image that feel elevated, meaningful, and unforgettable.

Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?
Yes. Two books that have significantly shaped my entrepreneurial thinking and personal philosophy are Think and Grow Rich and The Secret. Both reinforced something I have always believed deeply: that success begins in the mind before it appears in the physical world.
Think and Grow Rich taught me the importance of desire, faith, persistence, and having a clear vision for what you want to create. It helped me understand that success is not accidental. It is the result of disciplined thought, focused energy, and consistent action.
The Secret also had a meaningful impact on me because it speaks to the power of attraction, belief, and attention. I have always believed that what you consistently focus on begins to shape your reality. That philosophy aligns closely with Bob Proctor’s teachings as well, which have influenced the way I think about success, purpose, and personal development.
In business, creativity, and management, these ideas have taught me to be intentional with my thoughts, my environment, my standards, and the opportunities I pursue. I believe that when you carry yourself with clarity, discipline, and conviction, you begin to attract the people, partnerships, and experiences that are aligned with your highest vision.
For me, entrepreneurship is not only about building income. It is about building identity, refinement, trust, and long-term value. These resources have reminded me that when you master your mindset, elevate your standards, and remain devoted to your vision, success becomes a natural extension of who you are becoming.

Alright – so here’s a fun one. What do you think about NFTs?
Personally, I am not a major advocate for NFTs. I understand the excitement they created, especially around digital ownership and innovation, however I feel they lost momentum rather quickly.
My approach to wealth and value is more traditional. I have greater trust in established markets, particularly the S&P 500, because it is rooted in real companies, long-term performance, and proven economic strength. I respect innovation, however I prefer investments that feel grounded, disciplined, and built to last.
