Alright, Isabela thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Alright – so having the idea is one thing, but going from idea to execution is where countless people drop the ball. Can you talk to us about your journey from idea to execution?

I was still in a teenager when I started to work with the internet, working in geek and pop culture events in my city.
I started to create networking and that lead me to my first partner that invested in me.

It was really important that my family always supported me and my dreams, I can always count on them.
I’m a very communicative person, so working with people was natural for me, I did a little bit of everything. But I always came back to Entertainment life or event organization, covering the news, interviews or even creating ads for small businesses.

My heart was always divided between wanting to create a Production Company or follow my artist side.

In 2014 I was working with my best friend and even though we still didn’t had a name we already had a business, it took us more 9 years to actually build our brand.

It was a very slow process, with a small budget, I needed a lot of patience and creativity. Many times I had to literally talk and convince people to hire me, I didn’t had the right equipment or the experience that they needed. But I was able to sell my idea and explain what I was capable off.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your background and context?

I’m from Brazil, the first time I came to USA was in 2006 and I fell in love with Disney and Orlando. I was a kid and I didn’t Know how to speak English or anything. This trip changed my life, I thought myself English watching movies or listening to Madonna songs. I started to learn about video recording and editing with my friends and videos on youtube.

I decided to learn everything I could and follow my dreams no matter how much time it would take, I love to work behind the scenes on shows, events or in the movie industry. But my heart also belongs to the the theme park atmosphere, i worked hard and literally started college to be able to participate in two international college programs with Disney.

I’m proud of my determination, when I set a goal I move the earth to make it real.

I have a bachelor degree in communication and Cinema. I also specialized myself in Design, Marketing and Foreign Relations and Trade. I’m currently studying 2D animation and digital and traditional Illustration.

I believe that if we keep dreaming and learning and fighting for what we want we will reach our goals. That’s the core of my company.

With the years I worked with many companies, covering live Lollapalooza Brazil 2023 for Instagram, working with Make a Wish, Nestle and producing short films in the last few years.

Any advice for managing a team?

My advice is that you need to understand that you work with your team. It’s not your team that works for you.
Learning what skills they have and knowing how to use it, is your job and doing so you can help each person in their job positions. Making sure you do that you create a light atmosphere in your team, because they will be working with what they know and like and that reflects in the final product and in their satisfaction and happiness.

Listening and helping each other is important, again, everybody that works with you will help you deliver a better product, service or even advice you in your personal life.

To manage a team you have to have people skills and knowledge in how to communicate effectively.

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?

It’s the possibility to conceptualize an idea or scenario and actually creating it. It can be a story that became a script or an movie, a image that transformed into an illustration or audio. To turn your imagination into concrete reality, to show to others and see their reactions thats the most rewarding part.

I can’t forget the monetary aspect, when you do what you love and you can actually pay your bills because of that, its amazing too.
