We were lucky to catch up with S’adore Ne Alluré recently and have shared our conversation below.
S’adore , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Have you ever had an amazing boss? What did you learn from them? Maybe you can share a story that illustrates the kind of boss they were or maybe you can share your thoughts on what you think made them an awesome person to work for?
No, I didnt ever have an amazing boss or mentor to leave me anywhere. It’s only one boss. I did like he was very professional quality and kind. The only thing he had to watch out for was people taking advantage which they did but he did handle it professionally.
It was a job that was awesome of course and he just had an awesome personality was kind. He wasn’t trying hard to have people to like him. He was just professionally kind with a great cool personality, energetic and fun to show people that work. Don’t have to be boring we can make it fun too cause it’s actually a fun job.
Basically, it’s a network socialize to enjoy the space. Enjoy the environment. Enjoy your time with people. You don’t even know to say it’s not all that bad as you think it is because I know some of us have social anxiety or we might be introverts. I’m an ambivert so I have my moments if that’s what he told me you could be I’m cool Funn collective and professional all at once you don’t have to be stuck up you don’t have to be bossy and you don’t have to be disciplined and stuck up the whole time and unlikable just to be yourself.
S’adore , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
The industries I’m in is entertainment, industry, fashion industry, and beauty. I guess the carnival three into one they all like to work together and important.
When people read about me, I would want them to know that who I am on the screen doesn’t dictate to who I am as a person in real life
So I don’t know my girl regular human being like everybody else that I’m not perfect that I’m flow just like them. I work hard just like them. Nothing was given to me or handed to me that I created all myself I elevated motivated along with ambition for myself, which is not easy all the time, especially how life can be lifing
Because sometimes the people around your environment around, you can’t hold you back from what you really wanna do because you could be afraid of somebody else think eventually you’re gonna have to stop caring and keep going
Set me apart from everybody else it’s just being myself being my true self, which is not all who’s easy to be, especially in the industries that we are in. Sometimes these industries can be very clicky. People are going to envy you. They are gonna be jealous of you and they’re gonna treat you different no matter what no matter what your gender is what your culture is what your ethnicity is or even sexuality unfortunately it’s going to be something because that’s what I seen. That’s how society been in these industries for years and I’m here to break all the rules. That’s what makes me stand out. I’m not going by these regular TV rules or film rules. It’s time to make something different. It’s time to branch out to stand out who says standing in and blending in was good standing out as the best way out.
I’m proud of to start things without nothing to make them into something. I like to give anyone hope and give anyone an opportunity that really is hungry for it and really need it. I like to help people feel like themselves and be beautiful inside out and feel amazing and heard inside out and that’s why I do what I do for all the industries. I’m in why wait for our opportunity and you can make an opportunity for yourself and others why wait for the big leagues when you could become one yourself but also you can’t collapse with them Collab other brands with my brand or anybody’s brand and have fun with it.
We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
The lesson I had to unlearn was to not think everybody’s gonna support you and don’t give up
The truth in the backstory is that this is all your friends and all your family will not support you. They don’t get it or they will not like what you’re doing or even envy what you’re doing or may not just get it or understand it and that’s OK that’s their loss not mines if they feel though to want to quit on a disagreement or just don’t wanna support at all. they’re gonna wait till the long haul when it gets somewhere and then be all over you, but you would have to be the person to be like a handshake and like and love them from afar because they wasn’t there for you from the beginning from the gate when you didn’t have anything and that’s what each thing that I do in life and I noticed that it’s just a true facts it’s not that they bad people. They just didn’t get it. They just didn’t see the vision and that’s OK. Your vision is not for everybody. Sometimes you’re past. Your vision was just for you and only certain people is meant to be on that journey with not everybody. Some people are just there to see and others are there to build with you.
Have you ever had to pivot?
Well, for me is being an entrepreneur. It was just saying hey follow all your dreams. You don’t wanna be that person to say I wish I should’ve could’ve would’ve type of person.
Other people think people are jumping from thing to thing because they’re not finishing what they started, but that’s actually not true. I used to believe that and I had to stop believing that because it wasn’t the fact it was just an opinion with people say because they don’t know what happens behind the scenes they just seeing what they see right in the air.
Some people are lucky and businesses could thrive right away and others like mines with Mysef. It could take time. Some other people could take them 10 years or any amount and I’m not gonna sit here and say you can’t do it all yourself you can but it is better to have a team things move quicker and faster, but it’s very hard to get and know who your people is and get the real dream team that you’re not gonna be able to trust everybody didn’t you have to know how to replace everybody and also know how to let go of things I don’t have to be business. You just have to reboot and do something else and you allowed to replace people but it’s not that you gotta get them out your life or whatever it’s just at that moment at that time it just wasn’t the right time and that’s just a life in general.
