Yunena, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Can you talk to us about a risk you’ve taken – walk us through the story?
Meet Yunena Smith ‘Seer Eagle’
For many people, risk looks like starting a business, moving to a new city, or chasing a dream. But for the founder of Thee Violet Rose Thorns To Heal, LLC, the greatest risk she ever took was far more personal: she stopped running from herself.
That decision changed everything.
After years of navigating life through fear, emotional wounds, and inherited patterns, Yunena made the courageous choice to heal from within. Instead of searching outside herself for validation, love, and purpose, she turned inward confronting limiting beliefs, ancestral conditioning, and relationship loops that had silently shaped her life for years.
“I took a risk on myself,” she says. “I chose healing. I chose truth. I chose to fully embrace my mission here on Earth to be of greater service.”
That awakening became the catalyst for an entirely new life.
But her transformation did not begin in comfort. It began in survival.
In January 2017, her life changed forever that put her on her spiritual path after suffering a devastating internal hemorrhage in 5 areas in her upper GI tract. Unknowingly slowly bleeding internally, and suffered two small strokes in her cerebella, she was rushed into emergency medical care where she required four pints of blood. During the transfusion of the first pint, she flatlined. “That experience completely changed my overlay filter as to how I view life in such a profound expansive way. My life ended and began all in the same day a total REBIRTH.”
The near death experience was a complete shift in consciousness that dissolved fear and transformed the way she viewed life. No longer willing to merely exist, she became determined to fully experience life in all its depth, beauty, and purpose.
The fears that once controlled new experiences disappeared.
For years, she carried a deep fear of flying and an intense fear of deep water. After surviving death itself, those fears no longer held power over her. She learned to swim, snorkeled in the deep waters of Hawaii, and now flies freely around the world.
“Surviving death taught me that fear is an illusion. We limit ourselves with our thoughts.” She reflects.

Yunena: Turning Near-Death Into Divine Purpose Through Healing, Spirituality, and Transformation
For Yunena, founder of Thee Violet Rose Thorns To Heal, LLC, the greatest transformation of her life began the moment she stopped running from herself.
What started as a deeply personal healing journey evolved into a life dedicated to spiritual guidance, energy healing, mediumship, and helping others reclaim their power. Through her studies as a Spiritual Life Coach, in which it is something she embodies instead of a separate service. As a Practitioner in Shamanic Reiki, Yunena has created a safe and transformative space for people seeking healing, clarity, emotional release, and reconnection with their authentic selves.
Her path into alternative medicine and spiritual healing was not traditional, it was born through intuition, resilience, and what she describes as a profound spiritual rebirth following a near-death experience in 2017.
Born with a vision impairment and receiving glasses at only two years old, Yunena says she learned early in life that her disability was not a flaw but her Super Power, to rely more on her intuition. By the age of five, she recognized that she experienced the world differently than many around her. She often received vivid dreams, visions, and intuitive messages that would later come true.
While growing up in Carson, California, raised by her grandparents and uncles, Yunena kept much of her spiritual sensitivity private. During a time when conversations around psychic gifts, spirituality, and shamanic healing were far less accepted, she quietly nurtured her abilities while navigating feelings of isolation and being misunderstood.
Her spiritual gifts were first supported when she was in elementary school by family members, particularly her great aunt, who introduced her to ancestral shamanic healing traditions that not only subsided her arm and leg pain from Alpha thalassemia a hereditary blood disorder but would later become a foundational part of her work today.
Now fully embracing those gifts, Yunena has dedicated her life to helping others heal emotionally, spiritually, and energetically.
Through Thee Violet Rose Thorns To Heal, LLC, she offers virtual Shamanic Reiki Healing Treatments, Intuitive Oracle readings, guided meditations where she is streaming on all platforms, including Spotify and Apple Podcasts. and as a newly graduated in Mediumship Yunena is offering practice readings to her clients. Her healing sessions and Intuitive Oracle reading are intentionally immersive and transformational, blending Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Ryoho teachings, ancestral shamanic practices, chakra alignment, meditation, intuitive guidance, and sacred Icaro medicine song designed to help release stagnant emotional energy stored within the body.
Her oracle readings incorporate grounding breathwork, gratitude visualization, intuitive card interpretation, and spiritual guidance intended to help clients gain clarity, empowerment, and emotional healing.
Yunena is also certified in Mediumship I & II and Spiritual Life Coaching through the School of Mystical Arts founded by world renowned Evidential Psychic Medium, Master Teacher and Author
James Van Praagh.
What sets Yunena apart is not only her spiritual training, but her lived experience. Her work is deeply rooted in personal transformation, ancestral wisdom, compassion, and authenticity. She believes many people move through life carrying inherited emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, and unresolved wounds that shape their relationships, confidence, and overall wellbeing.
“My mission is to help people return home to themselves,” she explains. “When we heal ourselves, we create a ripple effect that heals generations.”
Her work focuses on helping clients shift from scarcity to empowerment, from fear to self love, and from emotional heaviness into alignment and inner peace. She guides individuals toward releasing old narratives, reconnecting with their intuition, and embracing their unique spiritual path.
One of Yunena’s proudest moments comes from witnessing the transformation in her clients.
“When clients hug me and tell me their life changed simply by shifting the way they think and speak to themselves, that means everything to me,” she says.

Her growing reputation within the spiritual wellness space has also been supported by her family, particularly from her children, starting with her mother LaWana and her first born son Darell, son LaĆroix and her youngest daughter, in which Yunena knew intuitively early on that Monét Nejon, was going to do great things in this world. She is a successful business owner, influencer, professional model, and luxury crochet designer with a large social media following. Yunena also credits her Gbabies Jeremiah, Clyde, Enzo and Zaviah as her greatest supporters along with her cousins Michelle, Darryl ‘Hon’, Janis and Rodney.
“The risk was allowing myself to be seen,” Yunena says. “Speaking my truth with love, purpose, and vulnerability changed my life.” Inspiration, reminding her that consistency, authenticity, and purpose are key.
Today, she continues to inspire a growing community online through spiritual teachings, motivational messages, healing insights, and live intuitive sessions on TikTok, where she openly shares her journey in hopes of helping others embrace their own healing and evolution.
At the center of everything she creates is one message:
Healing begins within.
And for Yunena, taking the risk to trust herself ultimately brought her home to herself, a journey she now helps others courageously begin for themselves.

What helped me build my reputation within my market was first taking the risk to fully embrace who I truly am and the purpose I feel called to fulfill in this world. After surviving a near death experience in 2017, my entire perspective on life shifted. I stopped living from fear and began living from authenticity, healing deep rooted belief systems and releasing patterns that no longer served me. That transformation became the foundation of my work. By openly sharing my journey of healing, spirituality, and personal growth, people connected with my vulnerability, resilience, and genuine desire to help others reconnect with themselves to live a fruitful empowered life.
Building my brand, Thee Violet Rose Thorns To Heal, LLC, also required me to step outside of my comfort zone and trust my intuition completely. I invested in my spiritual education, and embraced my ancestral roots in shamanic healing.
Consistency, authenticity, and compassion have been key in building trust within my community. I’ve shown up with honesty, purpose, and care whether through healing sessions, intuitive guidance, social media, or simply creating safe spaces for people to feel seen and supported on their journey.
Through sharing my message publicly and remaining dedicated to helping others heal, grow, and reconnect with their inner power, I’ve been able to build meaningful relationships and a reputation rooted in authenticity, transformation, and service.
Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
Bouncing back from the inner work that was needed to garnering aligned relationships in all facets of my life. The important key component was for me not to hold onto things and people that left my life, leaving me in a state of reflecting as to where I gave my power away consciously and unconsciously, I changed the patterns that I was so accustomed to living which ultimately changed my life in the most loving and aligned way for my manifestation to freely flow and alignment to opportunities to form in the most synchronistic transfigurative way.
